"Here." They said, standing in front of the same puddle you had come across earlier. You raised a brow. "And how exactly is this supposed puddle going to get me home?"

The guy sighed, clearly annoyed because they seemed to be wanting to be left on their own. "You jump through and it'll take you out of here, ok? It's so simple." You furrowed your brows at this claim, what did they think you were??? Peppa pig??

"...Jumping through a puddle? ...are you okay?" The person groaned. "LISTEN, if you don't want to take my advice that's fine by me as long as you leave me the fuck alone." You sceptically looked between the guy and the puddle and began to think audibly.

"Mmm... I don't believe you. You have to go through first." They had a visibly confused look on their face at your announcement. "Excuse me? No, I'm not doing shit." They huffed in an aggressive tone, and you could hear the pure venom in their voice for whatever reason. Jeez, why is this guy so angry?

"Well, too bad." You shoved them in anyway (It was revenge for when they shoved you) and thought for a few seconds. Did they really just go through? Maybe they just disintegrated after a puddle? You never thought in a million years that you would consider jumping through a puddle like a toddle...But... To you this was kind of intriguing and maybe...they were right.

"Might as well." You shrugged, testing it by dipping the front of your shoe into it as you were...slightly scared. Slightly. After eying it suspiciously you began to think of the many consequences of jumping through a weird puddle after some random stranger told you to. Then you thought 'fuck it', and jumped through like a kid in a water park.

Soon, you appeared, standing somewhere different. It definitely wasn't a void that was for sure, but it still wasn't home. That idiot lied to you and you weren't going to let them get away with it. You looked around, this place was kind of white but there was a nice golden hue to it as well as tons of papers floating about for some reason.

The aura felt quite comforting and filled you with motivation you never thought you had. You could see some islands floating in the backgrounds too which kind of surprised you. Floating islands? Damn, you wanted to live on your own floating island and just relax all day. Alas, you were stuck in a crappy situation, great.

From a distance, you could see the guy standing with someone else. So, being salty, you stormed up to the person and shoved them once again, causing them to almost fall but catch themselves, and then look over at you with anger written all over their face. Good, they should know better than to mess with you.

"That's what you get for lying to my face. After everything I did, this is how you repay me?" You said, using your amazing acting skills(which totally existed) to bring your point across. "Woah, who's this, jams?" The new person next to them had spoken up, with quite an annoying, dumb voice.

You took in their appearance, they were a skeleton, just like the first person, they wore a brown scarf and some complicated clothing you didn't know how to name...except for the overalls. You noticed a sort of sling round the shoulders and down to the torso filled with paints... the guy must be an artist, probably explained the amount of papers here. They also walked barefoot...ew.

"What do you mean 'after everything I've done'??? All you did was annoy the crap out of me while I was minding my business." They said, mocking your voice dusted themselves off before giving you a cold glare, again. Could this guy just not be nice?

"Woah, okay what's up with your new friend?" The barefoot person had asked the liar. "We're not friends Ink, this is some random person I found in my void." 'Ink' looked at you with a finger resting on their chin.

"Yeah, and I'm glad we aren't because you said this would take me home AND THIS ISN'T MY HOME." You shouted at the guy in particular. "Hey, calm down. I'll help, do you know which AU You're from?"

"...AU? Do you mean which town???" Ink shook their head. "No, what AU are you from?" You just made a confused 'eh'? And didn't answer the question. "...As in Alternate Universe? What Universe are you from?" You stood there bewildered. "Ok listen, I'm not from no AO or Universe gibberish, I come from a town...In a country-" Ink let out a sigh.

"Listen, I don't think I'm going to be able to help you if you don't know what universe you're from. How about this, you describe it to me, eh?" An awkward silence stood between you 3 for a moment. "..Uh...There are buildings? And...Trees....and-"

"What's the point of this Ink? They literally don't know anything, and the things that they are describing aren't any defining factors." That was so offending, and you were just about to retort back when Ink responded to them. "Yyyyyyyyeah, I agree with Pj. Ssso I don't think there's much I can do...I can take you somewhere safe though?"

This was outrageous, you wasted all your social energy for this mess. "You know what, fine. I'll do it myself, I don't need you guys' help, Especially you, pee-pee the asshole." You turned on your heel, and strutted off, alone this time without those 2 idiots. Why were you so angry? You didn't know, you were probably just cranky from being away from your bed.

From the distance, you could hear a " I hope they die so the multiverse can be stable once again." That enraged you, and you were close to running back and putting pee-pee in a headlock, but that could wait, as you began to come closer to another puddle. If these puddles were the same, then this would take you somewhere else. Great. You prepared yourself for probably another mess as you jumped through the tainted liquid.
