Ajà's Room 📍 Ajà's POV
𝐈 was in a deep slumber, until someone came barging into my room. "Sissy wake up! It's Christmas!!" Mia said as she jumped on my bed.
I still layed in my comfortable bed, Mia plopped down onto my stomach, making me jump up. I rolled my eyes before pushing her off of me.
I then, got out of bed slipping my feet into my warm house shoes. "C'mon let's go wake up mommy!!" Mia said while running, almost tripping and falling.
We did a count down before opening our mom's door & screaming, "MERRY CHRISTMAS!" she rolled over & smiled. "Mommy, mommy !! Let's go see what 'Santa' got you!'" Mia said while smirking, referring to the gifts she had made our mom.
"Hold on one second, Ajà can you brush your sister's teeth & stuff please?" my mom asked. "Mkay, c'mon Mia" I replied.
𝐈 went back into my room & grabbed my phone, then took Mia to the bathroom. I played a Christmas playlist & began to wash Mia's face.
"Can I have some of that?" Mia asked, pointing at my bottle of CeraVe Face Cleanser. "Yea, hold on.." I said as I grabbed the bottle.
I applied some to both of our faces & instructed Mia to do what I do. After washing our faces we started to brush our teeth.
I squeezed some Crest Bubble Gum flavored toothpaste onto Mia's toothbrush & handed it back to her; & did the same for myself, using my charcoal infused toothpaste.
We then brushed our teeth, while laughing at each other making silly faces. I paused the music once we were finished, we went to the living room. Our mom was sitting on the couch, with her phone in her hand.

𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 opening our gifts Mia & I decided to give our mom her gifts. I got my mom some jewelry & makeup products. Mia made my mom a 'self portrait' & painted her some flowers.
I recorded Mia as she explained the color of each flower to our mom. "And this green one
right here, is for when you feed me food & always tell me to eat my vegetables." Mia said as she pointed at the drawing.
We spent time together in the living room before we got dressed to go to Mia's dad side & my mom's side family gathering.
I decided that I would stay for maybe twenty, thirty minutes then I would go with my dad side of the family.

𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 taking a shower I lathered lotion on my skin. I sprayed my Dove deodorant under my arms & went back to my room ; I started to get dressed.
Once I was done I went back to the bathroom, to start my hair. I removed the bonnet, revealing my silk pressed hair wrapped up.
I ran the comb through my silky & shiny hair, deciding that I would wear a hat that Jaida made me for my birthday.
I walked back to my room & sat down at my vanity. I did a soft makeup look, & lined my lips afterwards. I put on my bracelets & Apple Watch.
I opened instagram & just started scrolling. After a while I started to check my notifications.
I seen that Notti had like one of my recent post & commented as well.
Butterflies filled my stomach, but I forced them away, expeditiously.

𝐈 put on some rings & changed my earrings. After, I decided to text my 'sister' Merry Christmas & more, you know casually checking in making sure that she's good.

𝐌𝐲 mom came knocking on my door, telling me that the car is started & to bundle up because it's cold. I sprayed Champagne Toast perfume onto my clothing, wrists, neck, & behind my ears.
I gathered my essentials & placed them in my orange Marc Jacobs Tote Bag. I grabbed some gift bags that contained gifts, of course.
I put on my pink & black coat, gloves, & scarf; I turned of the lights & left my room.
We walked outside, a frigid air hit my face. I held Mia's hand as we walked to the car. I opened the car door & buckled Mia into her boaster seat;
sitting the bags in the backseat as well as my mom put some presents in the back seat.
I got into the car, sitting in the passenger seat of course, & slightly fixed the heater so that it would face me. "Can you feel the heat Tot-Tot?" my mom asked.
"Uhh a little bit..." she responded, sounding unsure. My mom adjusted Mia's heater, then fixed the review mirror.
She opened Apple Music & played All Love by Lil Durk as we drove off.
