"Honestly?"
"Yes, honestly." Ashton rolled his eyes.
"I did like him as a child, but now I don't see him as anything but friend I can't keep," Rayha sighs, sipping her coke.
"How does that feel?" Ashton was worried he was annoying her, he was only trying to make conversation.
"Like a child, who brings a pet home. Only to be told he or she couldn't keep it."
"That sounds bad," Ashton was worried for her.
"Not really. The kid will forget about it soon. Only knowing it for a little time, the kid has grown no emotional attachment towards it."
"And your mom knows this?"
"I--um, no."
"You should tell her," Ashton added.
"She would be mad, plus, how do you know he isn't going to proceed to do it again?"
"You never know. Yolo," Ashton giggled.
"Yolo?" Rayha asked, laughed.
"Yolo," Ashton nodded, still laughing.
And they proceeded to finish their meal.
