After Vineet suddenly goes missing from their breakfast date, Bulbul gets upset. To cheer her up, Ruhana decides to take her to her friend Aanya's home. Bulbul tends to like the lady and doesn't show any tantrums about it. As the mother and daughter arrive at Aanya's home, they're greeted by Aanya's grim smile and the worry etched on her face. Bulbul hugs her aunt, who kisses her temple softly and asks her to feel at home. The girl agrees and hurries into her favorite corner of her aunt's house. It's a small space in the balcony adjoining the hall; there's a small table, a chair, and a swing-the swing is her favorite place. She sits on the swing and begins to listen to her favorite songs on her mum's phone.
Meanwhile, Ruhana looks at Aanya, who leads her into the hall where the television is switched on. Ruhana is shocked to see the news relayed on the television. The breaking news is about a criminal gang involved in illegal activities. Right now, the police have caught a drug consignment, and Vineet's name has come up as someone closely related to the criminal gang. Ruhana isn't shocked at the moment; she anticipated this.
