Ruhana is upset with Vineet’s behavior. She never imagined in her wildest dreams that her man would become the villain of her life. Though he loves his daughter, that doesn’t justify his deeds. He doesn’t have the right to ruin the girls’ lives as he has done so far with human trafficking and drugging. For him, it’s a good deed because it gives him money, but for Ruhana, it’s a bad thing, and she doesn’t want Bulbul to be close to this man. However, her daughter believes her father more than her mother. The girl feels her mom is always making up stories to pull her father down, not knowing the reality is upside down.

The recent encounter with Vineet has left Ruhana stunned. How easily he said that she has no right to speak between him and their daughter. Her eyes glisten with tears as his words continually ring in her head. This is not the same man she fell in love with. Her mind wanders back to the sweet memory of his genuine laughter and the times when he meant each word he said.

Vineet had returned from the office and looked visibly tired. She sat by his side, extending a glass of water toward him. He quietly took the glass and drank the water in one go. She then looked at him, concerned about his ruined mood.

“Kya baat hai, Vineet? Pareshan lag rahe ho? Kya hua?” she asked, her tone laced with concern.

“Kuch business ka tension hai, Ruhana. Kya mujhe ek cup chai mil sakti hai?” he asked, his tone laced with irritation.

“Han, main chai banati hoon, tum fresh ho jao, phir baat karte hain,” Ruhana said, understanding his inner turmoil.

Vineet nodded and walked into his room while Ruhana was thoughtful. She knew that something was wrong with him, maybe some stress from the daily work schedule. However, she decided to talk to him over a cup of tea. It’s their ritual to talk about intense issues over a cup of tea or coffee. She quickly brewed some tea and headed into the bedroom. She found him standing on the balcony, lost in deep thoughts. She kept her hand on his shoulder.

“Vineet, kya baat hai? Mujhe bata sakte ho na tum,” Ruhana asked, her tone tender.

“Ruhana, hamare kuch foreign investors hain, mujhe umeed thi ki unse humein deal mil jayegi, lekin abhi lagta hai ki wo deal humse chhoot sakti hai,” Vineet shared his worries
