Chapter 1: New friend

3rd POV

"Breaking news, there has been reports of  animals having quirks. These animals have been seen to harm others. The pro heroes are already doing eveeything they can to take care of this problem, so stay inside your houses, and stay safe." A news reporter's voice was heard through a car's radio as two people exited the car.

"Y/n, help me set up this tent!" A man with black hair and brown eyes, who looks to be in his late twenties yelled out.

"Okay daddy!" A little boy with h/c hair and green eyes opened the car door and hopped off the car. He then ran up to his father and started helping him set up the tent.

"Y/n, after you help your father can you help me gather fruits ?" Another, taller man, with blonde hair and green eyes asked Y/n.

"Okay papa!" Y/n shouted as he starts assembling the poles for the tent.

"Eric, can you turn off the car?" The black haired man asked the blonde, who's name is known as eric, as he helps Y/n assemble the poles.

"Alrght Hayato." Eric replied to the other man and turned the car off.

Hayato and Y/n then continued setting up the tent. And after a few minutes, they finised setting it up.

"I see you guys are done now." Eric comes up to them and gives a light peck on Hayato's cheek. "Sure are." Hayato replies and gives Eric a kiss on the cheek.

"C'mon Y/n, lets go gather up some food now." Eric tells Y/n and gives him a basket.

"Okay!" Y/n follows Eric, going into the woods.

"Stay safe you two!" Hayato shouted at the two.

"Dont worry honey, we will!" Eric shouted back at Hayato, before entering the woods with Y/n.

Y/n's POV

"Gather as much fruits as you can. And when you find enough, immediately go back to camp ok?" Eric instructed as I nodded and we started looking for them.

I walk around, looking for fruits and spot an apple tree. "The apples are too high to reach." I thought out loud. I jump up but it was useless, I could barely reach the apples.

I pout out of fru- frusss- annoyance since I couldn't reach the apples. When I looked to my right, I see a long stick, about half as tall of me.

I pick up the stick and use it to hit some apples and let it fall to the ground. And then, I just pick up the apples and put them in my basket before looking for more.

I walk around more, looking for more fruits and find stuff like Mandarin Oranges, Sudachis, Peaches, Cherries, Strawberries, Grapes, and Figs.

'This should be enough.' I thought and started walking back to our campsite. But while walking, I stumbled upon something that looks like a bee. Except that it was giant, and had stingers for hands.

'What is that? It looks... scary.' I thought. The bee-like... animal? Monster? Weird...' This weird creature looked like it was looking for something.

'It looks dangerous, I dont want it to see me...' My gut tells me to throw a rock at it.

I trusted my gut and picked up a pebble and took aim. 'Here goes nothing...' I thought and threw the pebble.

THUD

"O-oh no..." I muttered, scared out of my life as the bee slowly turned its head at me, looking extremely mad. 'W-WHY DID I THROW THE PEBBLE!? IT JUST HIT IT INSTEAD!!' I screamed in my head.
