THE GIRL THAT ENTERED TROUGH THE DOOR HAD HER DARK HAIR SLICKED BACK. She also had black clothes and a more than enough amount of eyeliner. Ara didn't know what to think of her but Mike seemed to be relieved to see the girl.
"Eleven." Mike exhaled briefly a soft smiled appearing on his face. "Mike." Eleven said as they hugged.
"Is that.." Max questioned. Dustin and Lucas nodded.
"I never gave up on you. I called you every night. Every night for—"
"Three hundred and fifty three days." El said. "I heard."
"Why didn't you tell me you were there? That you were okay." Mike looked confused.
"Because I wouldn't let her." Hopper said. "The hell is this? Where have been?"
"Where have you been?" El said as Hopper pulled her in for a hug.
"You've been hiding her. You've been hiding her this whole time!" Mike said, pushing Hopper.
"Hey. Let's talk. Alone." Hopper said to Mike.
El then went to Lucas and Dustin. She hugged the two boys tightly.
"We missed you." Lucas said.
"I missed you, too." El said.
"We talked about you pretty much every day." Dustin added.
Then when the hug ended El looked at Dustin. "Teeth." She stated.
"What?"
"You have teeth."
"Oh. You like these pearls?" Dustin said, then purring. Ara chuckled silently before she went up to El.
"Um — Eleven. Hey. I'm Ara." She said extending her hand. "I've heard a lot about you."
El brushed past her and went to shake hands with Max and hug Joyce.
Ara smiled sheepishly at herself and looked to Dustin and Lucas for ho shrugged, just as confused as her.

"It's not like it was before." Hopper said. "It's grown. A lot. And, I mean, that's considering we can get in there. The place is crawling with those dogs."
"Demo-dogs." Dustin corrected.
"I'm sorry, what?"
"Don't even bother with it anymore." Ara told Dustin seeing as no one seemed to go along with his naming scheme.
"I can do it." El stated firmly to Hopper.
"You're not hearing me." Hopper said
"I am hearing you. I can do it."
"Even if El can, there's still another problem. If the brain dies, the body dies." Mike told everyone.
"I thought that was the whole point." Max said.
"It is but if we're really right about this.. I mean, if El closes the gate and kills the mind flayer's army.."
"Will's apart of that army." Lucas thought out loud.
"And closing the gate will kill him."
"He likes it cold." Joyce said as they walked into Will's room.
