"Which one?" Max and Ara asked, holding up two comics.
"I don't know." El spoke, looking down.
"Hey, there's nothing to worry about anymore, okay. And I'm saying this to the both of you." Max spoke as they crawled into bed.
"It just doesn't make sense." El said slowly.
"What doesn't make sense?"
"Heather. The blood. The ice."
"Heather had a fever, so she took a cold bath, but she's better now."
"But what about Ara." El said. Ara's head quickly snapped to look down. "You were able to go into the void and make things.. levitate. And-and your scar was bleeding."
"I don't know what happened, but we should talk about this tomorrow." Max said.
"And Billy.. he seemed.. wrong."
"Wrong is kind of like his default." Max said.
Ara nodded her head at the comment but still. Something felt.. off.
"But it's nice to know he's not a murderer because that would've totally sucked." Max joked.
Ara looked down, it was true. She didn't want Billy to have turned out as a murderer. In Max's words 'it would've totally sucked.'
"Who is that." El asked as she looked down at the comic books.
"See, this is why you can't just hang out with Mike all the time." Max chuckled.
"This is Wonder Woman, aka Princess Diana." Ara explained, a smile forming on her face. "She's from Paradise Island, which is -like- this hidden island where there are only women Amazon warriors."

"Do you copy? This is a code red. I repeat, this is a code red." Lucas' voice rang in the room as he was talking into his walkie-talkie. "Max. Do you copy?"
Max picked up her walkie-talkie and answered.
"Shut. Up." She said. She slammed the antenna down and tossed it on the ground.
The phone began to ring.
"I'll get that." Ara muttered.
She pushed herself out of bed and went to pick up the phone.
"The hell is going on. We're sleeping." She said in a husky voice.
"This is Mike. Do not hang up." Mike said. "Something happened, something bad. Our very lives can be at stake. Just come over to my house. We'll explain everything."
Ara's mind began to race. She wasn't the only to have have something strange happened.
