I'M SORRY FOR HOW LATE THIS CHAPTER IS! WRITERS BLOCK SUCKS!

"Hey." Someone was shaking me, "Wake up."

I groaned and flipped myself over to come face to face with David. "I hate you so much right now." I glared at him while saying it.

"Why? I just woke you up!"

"That's why."

He smirked at me and pushed himself off of the bed, "Well, put your hatred for me aside and get ready. We're picking up Mom and Dad from the airport at twelve o'clock." Oh yeah. They come back on July 2nd and today is that day. That means about three weeks have passed since...you know what.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." I waved him off. "Close the door on your way out."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." He mimicked me in his version of my voice.

"Oh, shut up." I couldn't help smiling while saying it, so I threw a pillow at him but he dodged it.

"You know you love me."

I rolled my eyes, "You don't know how hard I try not to."

He laughed and closed the door behind him.

I rubbed my eyes and grabbed my Iphone from the nightstand.
New message from: Sapphire which, if it wasn't obvious, was Saffarra

Sapphire: Hey! Want 2 go for coffee later? I've got something to tell you.

Me: Can we do it after 1? Got to pick up Mom/Dad from the airport.

Wait. What does she need to tell me?

Me: What do you need to tell me??

I turned off my phone off and grabbed the towel that was at the edge of my bed and went towards the bathroom.

"BEATRICE!" David pounded on the bedroom door. "WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!"

"Hold on!" I yelled. God, boys have no idea how hard it is for girls to get ready.

I grabbed my purse and opened the door. David had his arms crossed over his chest as he narrowed his eyes at me in a glare.

"Well come on!" I pushed passed him. "Don't want to be late do you?"

"Haha." He grabbed his keys from the counter. "That's so funny."

"I know! Why do you think I'm laughing?"

"I will lock you in the trunk of my car."

"Good luck in jail buddy." I ruffled his hair and he scowled at me as we got into the car.

"Hey! You know comebacks are my specialty." I said as I put on my seat belt.

"I thought it was sarcasm."

"Yeah, well that too."

"How are we even related?!"

"It's called sex David. But you'll learn all about that when you reach puberty." I smiled at him mischievously.

"I can't win with you, can I?"

"You barely realized that?"

He sighed "Oh, how I hate you and love you at the same time."

"Don't worry," I patted his shoulder. "The feelings mutual."

He laughed, "Turn on the radio."

"I'm doing the drill." The 'drill' is the radio station we usually put on.
