Eventually Friday came. Things were a lot better now. Your father explained that your mother decided to up and leave with another man the night Edwin was there. In which by the way, your father became absolutely furious when he found out about Edwin staying the night... But, unlike your mother who would have used it as an excuse to beat the hell out of you and call you mean names, he lets it pass.
You also took the time to get to know Jeremy. He was actually really nice, though sometimes his smart mouth gets him in trouble with your dad... Something about them is so similar... They end up clashing every time they talk to each other too, which is rare when they talk to each other by the way. You also found out that Jeremy's clingy. Every time he's with you, he's always finding some way to touch you. Whether it be poking you or hugging you. Hell, he'll even bite you if you don't give him attention every once in a while. He'll literally walk up to you, grab your hand, and bite a finger. Not too hard to leave a mark but definitely enough for it to hurt.
Right now you, Edwin, and Jeremy were sitting on the couch. Edwin fell asleep with his head on your shoulder to your left while Jeremy was snuggled close to your right side while on your phone. You didn't complain actually; having a cuddle buddy is pretty damn nice. As for the phone, you don't know how but Jeremy always figures out your passwords no matter how many times you change it... While you were distracted from the TV, Jeremy was searching through your phone. He looked at the contacts, your social media, photos, and then messages. He saw that his were unread causing him to frown sadly. You had forgotten all about the deal. All about... Him. Luckily he lived close by or he would have lost you. Was it because of Edwin? He noticed you would give Edwin more attention than you would to him...
Jeremy starts to think of the night you shared with Edwin. The night you willingly gave up your virginity to Edwin... All the touching by Edwin's dirty hands and other parts... The thought of it starts to piss off Jeremy. 'Why did you have to go and do that?' Jeremy looks at you while you were watching the TV, unaware of his sudden looks. 'Why did you have to give it to him? Do I need to show you the hard way of my love?' He frowns and looks down at your phone again. 'Maybe... Maybe I will.' He glances at you again and blushes since you looked so cute focusing on the TV. He pulls out his phone and sneaks a few pictures of you then puts his phone away and goes back on your phone.
Eventually you notice him on your phone and snatch it from him causing him to jump in surprise. "Stay off my phone!" You frown at him and he pouts and folds his arms in disappointment as he snuggles closer to you. "Jerk." You roll your eyes at his whiny insult and go back to watching the TV until a jump scare comes up causing you to squeak and jump back a little waking up Edwin and surprising Jeremy. 'Awe~' Jeremy pulls out his phone again and takes another picture of your scared expression. Edwin tiredly looks around in confusion wondering what the hell just happened.
Jeremy looks down at his phone and looks at the adorable picture. 'So cute...' Jeremy feels his cheeks burn as he makes it his wallpaper. He goes back to the other photos and views them. 'I'd kill over 100 people just for this...' He looks at pictures from previous days. His storage was getting full but he didn't know which ones to delete to clear up the storage. They were all so beautiful. They were all... You. 'Dammit, how am I gonna get pictures of her in bed someday if I don't have the storage?' He frowns in annoyance then gets up and goes over to Edwin, sitting right beside the half asleep male. "Here." He gives Edwin his phone. "Delete some pictures for me. Only the bad ones though." Jeremy says hesitantly. Edwin sighs and looks at the photos. "Creep..." He grumbles and starts to delete some of the photos he thought weren't good. Then he gives the phone back and leans his head back on you and tries to go back to sleep.
Jeremy smiles, feeling a childish excitement form in him about the new ideas he was thinking of with your photos. Surely the best ones will be hanging up on his wall. Hell, they'll all probably be on his wall! Waking up to the sight of you sounds like heaven in his head. Jeremy takes a deep breath then breathes out as he tries to calm himself from all the excitement. 'Ok, I'm getting way too excited over some photos...' He looks over at you with a slight smirk. 'Why get so excited over just photos, when I can have the real deal?'
Jeremy's smirk falls into an annoyed frown when your father comes in with a plate and cup, handing them over to you. The plate held two sandwiches and the cup contained one of your favorite drinks. "Here you go, Sweetie." "U-uh." Your eyes widen in surprise since you didn't expect this but you take it away. "T-thanks, dad." "Of course." He ruffles your hair and goes back into the kitchen.
Now that you think about it, your dad has been acting a lot nicer to you and he's been a lot less creepier now that your mother's gone. "Hm.." You pull out your phone. 'I'm sure he's lonely though.' You search up dating apps. Jeremy, who walked back over to his previous seat and sat there, looks over at your phone and feels a frown form on his lips as he was suddenly filled with jealousy. Why the hell is she searching up dating apps?! "Y/n, what are you doing? If you want someone, go outside and search properly." "Shush." You frown at him then look back at your phone. "It's for my dad." You speak in a low voice so your father couldn't hear you from the kitchen. "Oh..?" Jeremy replies in confusion and his jealousy disappears just as quickly as it appeared before. He smiles in relief and leans on you. "Y/n, can I have a bite of your sandwich?" "Sure." You hand him the plate, not really focusing on him or the food.
Jeremy takes a bite of the sandwich. 'Hm, for an annoying old man his food is pretty damn good.' He places the sandwich back on the plate and gives the plate back. You finally find a decent enough app and download it onto your phone. While you wait, you pick up the sandwich Jeremy bit off of and take a bite. Jeremy gasps a little and blushes when he sees you bite in the area he bit in. 'T-that's considered an indirect kiss, right?? I-I'm sure it is, it has to be!' Jeremy looks away with his face now red. 'I-I basically kissed her...'
Once the app was done downloading, you create an account for your father and finish up your sandwiches. "Edwin, wake up." You gently shake him and he whines. "Noooo...." "I need to get up." You pout and he tiredly moves away. You get up and go into the kitchen with your plate, cup, and phone. You place the plate and cup in the sink then go to your father who was shaping cookies. "Hey, dad." "Hm?" He looks at you then back at the cookies he was using a cookie cutter to shape into cute animals. You smile remembering when he once bought those for Easter when you were a kid. You both never got to use them though because your mother never allowed you to have any fun...
You pull out your phone and show him the screen. "I made an account for you to start dating again if you're ready." "Oh, Y/n." He smiles a little and pats your head. "You're a good daughter." Your eyes widen and you feels tears form in your eyes. It's been years since you heard anyone say that. He notices and his smile becomes a sad one. "I'm sorry I never got the chance to tell you. I love you." You start to cry and he hugs you, rubbing your back to comfort you. "Shh, it's ok..." He whispers as you sob. Your tears wet his black button-up shirt but he didn't mind. All this time his daughter needed him and he couldn't find a way to help her... 'What a good fucking father you are.' He angrily says to himself in his head and hugs you a little tighter. You both hear a 'ding' and look at the stove since the stove was ready. "Let me finish making these cookies, ok?" He smiles at you and you smile back with a nod. "O-ok." You leave the kitchen.
Time passes as the three of you hangout while your father kept in the kitchen. The cookies were done and the only time he left the kitchen was when he was handing you the plate; but after that, he headed straight towards his room. Guess he wasn't in the right mood today... Eventually Edwin got a call and had to go so you were alone with Jeremy. You check the time, seeing it was 10:24. "You should go home, Jeremy." You look at him and he frowns then hugs a throw pillow. "Make me." "Really?" You give an annoyed expression at his childish behavior and he nuzzles his face in the pillow. You sigh and roll your eyes.
"Can I stay the night?" "Huh?" You look at him and raise a brow. "Really? You want to stay the night?" "Mhm." He nods and you think for a bit. "I dunno... My dad got pretty pissed when he found out Edwin stayed the night once..." "Yeah, because you fucked him." Jeremy randomly blurts out angrily then quickly covers his mouth. "What?" You frown at Jeremy and he shakes his head. "I-I said Edwin stayed the night?!" "O-oh, uh..." You start to blush and look away. "It's none ya business." You pout and he sighs in relief since his question managed to distract you from what he had said previously. "So... Is it a yes or no?" "Meh, sure." You get up and hand him the plate of cookies. "I'm gonna get some sleep. I'll see you tomorrow morning." "Alright." He gives a thumbs up.
Before you go to bed, you give Jeremy a pillow and a blanket. "Goodnight, Jer." You smile and leave. Jeremy blushes madly at the nickname you made for him. "G-goodnight... P-Princess..." He whispers shyly, giving you a nickname in return even if you didn't hear him.
