Eddie's POV:

While Nora and I walk down the spiral staircase, I see Johnny smirking at us while he sits behind the register, and I know we are in for it. When our feet reach the bottom step, we hear Johnny clear his throat, "Nora, I have a bone to pick with you." He says in a brotherly tone, and Nora raises a brow, "What is it now, asshole?" She asks. I knew that Johnny wanted to talk to Nora because he saw me get out of the driver's side of Nora's car and was pissed. I pick up Nora and sit her down on the countertop as Johnny glares at me before getting up from his seat. We watch him go around the counter, then point at the back door, and Nora rolls her eyes because she knows where this is going, "I thought no one could drive your car since it's your baby?" Johnny asks before glaring at me again. Nora laughs before pointing at Johnny, "I said you couldn't drive it because you act like an idiot when you drive sometimes." She teases and then rustles Johnny's hair, which makes me laugh, "But, he is an idiot, Princess. There's no acting on that." I joke as I uncross Nora's legs and get between them to kiss her cheek. I hear Nora giggle while she wraps her arms around my neck, and then we hear Johnny gag, "God! You two are so gross." Johnny groans as he looks away.

Nora and I roll our eyes at Johnny's gagging before our eyes meet. Her beautiful emerald eyes know how to put me in a trance. The more I look at Nora, the more I realize I'm falling in love with her. I haven't told her yet because what I have with Nora is natural, and I'm afraid I'll mess everything up. I feel her nails running through my shaggy hair, which causes me to tense up before I kiss her nose, and I see her scrunch it in the adorable way that I love. When I look at Nora again, I can hear the song playing in my head. Another thing about Nora that I love is how patient she is with me, especially with this unique song. She wants to help me in any way she can, but I always tell her that she will get to hear it when it's ready, but by the way, it's going, it's not yet. Over the past year, I have been perfecting it because it needs to be for her. I have most of the lyrics written and the guitar notes, but I still need to fill in the missing pieces.

While I imagine where the other instruments are playing, I feel Nora rest her head on my shoulder, "You okay, baby?" I whisper, and Nora nods, "Yeah. I'm just sleepy because someone decided to wake me up early this morning." She yawns while glaring at Johnny, who is smirking at her, and crosses his arms, "Well, if someone didn't keep you up at night, then you wouldn't be so tired, Princess." He teases as he shifts his eyes at me and sees my glare, "Ooh, did I make the big bad wolf mad?" He jokes, and Nora giggles, "He's more of a vampire than a wolf, dumbass!" She corrects before grabbing my chin. My gaze suddenly shifts when I look at Nora again, and I see her wink at me, which causes me to blush. Of course, Johnny doesn't miss a beat on commenting, "Aw, look at how cute Eddie is right now!" He gushes, and I roll my eyes before flipping him off, "Fuck you, jackass." I growled.

Nora notices my grip on her waist tighten and knows I'm about to kick Johnny's ass. I feel her cool breath tickle my ear as she leans in, "Go get him, babe." She whispers before pinching my side. Before I pull away from Nora's embrace, I squeeze her ass and then charge at Johnny. I manage to put him in a headlock as Johnny tries grabbing my belt, "Hey, hey! Only Nora can take off my pants, asshole!" I laugh, which causes Johnny to freeze his movements, "Seriously?! What the fuck is wrong with you two?" Johnny groans, "It was Nora this morning, and now it's you, shithead!" He growls while trying to fight his way out of my grip. I look over my shoulder to see Nora's reddened face. When I wink at her, it causes her to blush even more, and then I turn my attention back to Johnny. While my attention is elsewhere, I suddenly hear combat boots hit the floor, and I look to see Nora walking over to the store's stereo system. I quickly let go of Johnny as I watch Nora stand on the tip of her toes to change the record, and smile, "Baby, do you need help?" I ask as I rest my chin on my hand. Nora shakes her head, "No, I got it, honey." She says with a seductive tone to it. I let out a low growl then I saw Nora's shirt slightly raise to reveal the bite mark on the hipbone that I left earlier, and the burning desire returned. I still couldn't believe that Nora wanted a tattoo of bats on her body, just for me. When she asked where they should go, I instantly knew the place for them. One of my favorite spots on Nora's body, and I think Nora planned it all along because she had no issue agreeing on it.
