It's been years after Animus magic stopped
Mistshadow never really trusted his parents Nightclaw and Icestorm he could read their minds hear everyone's voices in his head including theirs he never really trusted anyone but his little sister Nightfrost, He promised he'd always protect her and be there for her even when one night she makes half the cave catch fire by accident he promised to keep her secret and she promised to keep his.
But when the tribe figures out she's an Animus and he's a mind-reader they must leave home to escape from those who would use them, Even their own parents.
This is there story and there search for safety and freedom.
