So, [redacted] is a pretty interesting character, that no one knows much about. They look exactly like how Streber looked when they were 12, and their name is undisclosed.
They don't have much contribution to the story, but they serve as some kind of consciousness of Streber's.
But what's behind that smiling face of theirs?
[redacted]'s name has a spelling and pronunciation that mortals, no matter what language they speak, can't read nor say no matter what. Which is why when Streber asked them, instead of the name, Streber was met with a deep beeping sound, like a distorted version of the censors of swears on TV.
What species are they? While this is something that no one could ever decipher, the original cut with [redacted] hinted that they were either a SQUIP, an archangel, an Alternate, or a Keter-level SCP that has breached containment, as the original cut revealed [redacted] to be a shapeshifter that served to guide people on their path, but would have murderous intentions at times, nearly killing Streber just before he had woken up.
See, [redacted] was going to slowly appear to be descending into madness, starting with trying to guide Streber, to picking apart everything about him, to wanting to kill him.
Streber would've ultimately survived (obviously), but would've woken up in a panic. The next part will be the deleted scenes of that cut, but we're more focused on the character.
They were inspired by Collector from The Owl House and the SQUIP from Be More Chill.
Where are they now? Do they still exist in the realm of Streber's mind? I guess you could say that. Even though they're such a mysterious character, there isn't much to them. They're ultimately just a figment of Streber's imagination.
