(Mentions of sperm, but not overly graphic stuff dw)

So, if you've read the full story (or just the ending, no judgement here), you'll know that Kevin and Streber had a daughter named Carrie.
Where did she come from? Was she adopted? Did Kevin and Streber manage to...well you know?
No, and no.
They had a bit of help from an old friend of theirs. Lila.
See, Kevin and Streber had Carrie through a little process known as surrogacy. For anyone who doesn't know what that is, surrogacy is a process in which a woman carries and delivers a child for a couple or individual. Pregnancy is achieved through in vitro fertilization (IVF). A traditional surrogate both donates her own egg and carries a pregnancy for an individual or couple. The pregnancy is usually achieved through intrauterine insemination (IUI) with sperm from the intended father. Donor sperm may also be used.
I'll spare you the details, but pretty much, Streber's sperm was used, making him genetically related to his daughter, but not Kevin.
Lila happily volunteered to be a surrogate mother when she learned that Kevin and Streber wanted a kid, and so, here we are.
_________
Carrie is still a pretty young kid, 7 years old. She has black hair with a slight tint of purple, she's kind of short, and she's farsighted, so she wears glasses for that. She wears her hair in a ponytail, and wears hoodies and skirts.
She's a really sweet girl, and enjoys softball, reading, and spending time with her dads.
But yeah, there's a basic description of Carrie :].
