Eunha brought out the bottle of medicine quickly and opened the tub. She then poured a packet of powder in and shook the tub gently. She watched as the powder quickly dissolved before she covered the tub once more.

When Lisa turned back, Eunha had already returned the tub to its original position. She ‘casually’ asked. “Third Sister, how much longer do you have to use that medicine on your skin?”

“How is that related to you?”

“I’m just concerned about you,” Eunha made up an excuse.

Today was the last day that Lisa needed to use her medicine. She glanced at her bag and noticed that it had been shifted slightly.

There was no one else in the room. This bitch had touched her bag!

She recalled the way Eunha used to tamper with her food and make-up. They were the reason for her excessive weight gain and disfigurement.

As a result, she grew to become both fat and ugly.

It was clear that her second sister was attempting the same scheme.

Lisa was enraged. However, she pretended not to have noticed anything and lied. “I have to use it for another month. The doctor says that after a month, my skin will make a full recovery.”

Eunha thought internally. ‘Heh! It wouldn’t take a month.’

This time, she wasn’t simply using drugs that would cause the whore’s skin to be covered in acne.

As long as Lisa used the tampered medicine thrice, she would be permanently disfigured! The amount of medicine left in the tub was sufficient for her to re-apply up to five times.

“It seems like the scabs on your face have already fallen. This medicine is very effective.” Eunha pretended to be interested.

“That’s right.” Lisa responded with a naive tone. “The scabs have fallen but there are still scars on my skin. Doctor Shi was the one who prescribed this medicine for me. He is a famous doctor in our country. If it wasn’t because of Jungkook, he would never have given me such a precious medicine.”

“I look forward to the day you turn beautiful.” Eunha patted Lisa on the shoulder. “I’m going to the cafeteria for a meal now.” She then left room 201 with a wave of her hand. As her mood was exceptionally good, her footsteps felt extra light.

Lisa waited till she left before she approached the large bouquet of dried flowers which was on her desk. She retrieved her phone and searched for the footage she had recorded.

She watched as Eunha searched through her bag and added a ‘powder’ into her medicine.

She immediately made a call to Jackson and instructed him to make a trip here. She then gave him a sample of the medicine to be tested at a professional lab.

Three hours later, Jackson called her back. “Miss Lee, your second sister sure is vicious! The powder she added to your medicine isn’t anything simple. It’s a banned drug that can only be obtained through the black market. It won’t change the colour of your medicine or emit any strange scent. It’s colourless and odourless. Furthermore, you won’t feel any pain when you use it. Initially, you’ll only find your skin gradually turning numb. Appearance-wise also, it won’t cause any changes. However, if you use it thrice, your skin will stiffen and eventually turn into a layer of rotten skin. It’ll look even more frightening than the surface of the moon. By then, your nerves would be dead and there’ll be no way to treat it. Put it simply, as long as you use this drug, you’ll be disfigured for life!”

“Fuck!” Lisa cursed loudly in anger. Eunha was completely on a different level of evilness.

“Why would you fuck me?” Jackson responded fearfully. “I only accept payments in cash and not via the body.”

“Scram. I am not in the mood to joke with you.” Lisa narrowed her eyes. “Will you be able to obtain this medicine?”

Since her second sister enjoyed messing with her face so much, how could she possibly not return the favour?

Jackson responded. “If someone like your second sister was able to obtain it, of course it’ll be an easy feat for me. I’ll ask someone I know. It’ll take three to five days.”
