Demonic Goddess Of Magic

Intro

Izumi Midoriya was a curious case as she first developed her quirk.

Her head began hurting and her back felt sore.

"Why are there bumps on you?" One kindergartener asked.

Their teacher, who had a wing quirk, had a good guess.

"My goodness. I think you're getting your quirk. If I had to guess the bumps on your back may be wings and a tail. I'll call your mom to pick you up since gaining a heteromorph quirk is painful." She said.

"But now I can be a hero with you, Kaachan!" Izumi said with a winced smile.

"Whatever, but my quirk will be better than yours."

After a few days, Izumi got better and her new appendages.

She now had a pair of shiny black horns that curled like a ram's, a pair of wings like a bat's, and her tail was long like a whip with the tip shaped like a heart.

The wings were twice her size while the tail was as long as her legs.

Izumi had to be careful using them as they can knock the other kids over.

Overtime, Izumi also gained other powers for some reason.

When the flowers in the house was wilting, when she touched them, they were healthy again. In addition, her hands had strange Sparks in her hands as she levitated.

Although Izumi was confused, Inko had actually seen this before.

So she decided to call up an old friend.

"Hello, Heather? Yes it's nice to hear from you again. Listen, can you make a visit to Japan soon? I think my daughter has developed magic. And she already gotten her quirk."

The next day, Inko opened the door to see an old friend.

Heather Potter was a strong Witch that has lived longer than most mystics and they existed long before quirks for centuries.

With the rise of Quirks came the fall of the Statute, and many mystics are living freely among the quirked. But they kept the tradition of nobility ruling them. As All her friends were gone and she was practically immortal thanks to the Hallows, the Mystic World made her their queen, or Mystic Mother as they called her.

After introducing her friend to Izumi, Heather told the little girl of her position and that she would mentor her in her magic.

During their training, Heather noticed that the Hallows would vibrate near Izumi.

'Hm. I suppose that means my reign will come to an end in a few years, huh Death?' She thought.

Well, it would work out for her. She finds a Successor, The Mystic World will have a new ruler after 500 years, and Heather can finally die.

A year later when it was time for Heather to leave, she told Izumi something important.

That she was selecting Izumi as her Successor as a queen.

Despite the shock, Izumi promised that she would continue her studies.

I've done a hybrid quirk for Izumi.

It's more of a fusion of Aphrodite's Powers and A Succubus, while throwing in Harry Potter magic for giggles.
