Interlude: Part 1

This chapter is literally only here to keep the chapter count the same as when I posted this fic to ao3. Originally this is when I had to stop writing for a month or two in order to focus on college.

Below is what I had posted to let everyone know I was taking a break:

Childe: Happy Lantern Rite!!

Guizhong: Happy Lantern Rite.

Morax: Happy Lantern Rite my friends.

Childe: Beautiful decorations, vibrant energy, and festivities galore! Ah, what a glorious time of the year. The only thing that could make this better would be a few rounds of sparring. What do you say, Morax?

Morax: I believe that we have much to talk about before anything of that nature can occur, don't you think?

Childe: I guess. Actually, according to the outline, we're supposed to have a discussion coming up soon. What happened to that? It's nearly been three weeks?

Guizhong: Hmm, you're right. Has anyone seen the author around?

Morax: I have not.

Childe: Neither have I.

Author: I'm here, I'm here! I'm not dead, I promise!

Guizhong: Oh, there you are. How have things been?

Childe: Comrade, you look... exhausted.

Author: Ahahaha, well yes, school does that to people. It's been a crazy first few weeks. Sorry guys, but you're going to be stuck here for a while I think. As in, possibly until Spring Break at the earliest? (so March, maybe)

Morax: It is no trouble.

Childe: No worries, comrade! It's important to focus on your goals and get stronger.

Guizhong: Please, don't worry about us. So long as you continue to create our world, we will remain here.
