Tanjiros pov:
I cant believe is it really
"KANAO?!" I yelled in a confused and yet happy voice
"TANJIRO!" Kanao said
Kanao gave me a huge hug
"I cant believe its you!" I said while hugging her back.
(For people who dont really understand in this au Kanao and Tanjiro were childhood friends bestfriends. Okay back to the story.)
"Its been so long since we have last talked, so how have you've been?" Kanao asked.
I was about to tell her everything but at the same time I didnt want to tell her anything because I didnt want her to worry alot about me.
"Oh um...I'm good." I said
"Oh okay, so how is Nezuko?" She asked
"Oh shes doing good, so why did you deside to visit me?" I asked
She giggled a little
"Well not necessarily, I came here with Shinobu she wanted to visit Tomioka, So I went for a little walk and I happen to come across you so thats just my luck." Kanao said while smiling
"So since your just walking around... Do you wanna hangout!" I suggested
Kanao nodded and smiled
We walked around for a bit and then we started feeling hungry so we went to a restaurant to grab something to eat. We got our food and found a seat for 2 and we sat there and talked for hours.
"I missed you alot Tanjiro..." Kanao said while looking at her food
I smiled
"I missed you too." I said
I looked at the clock on my phone. it was already 5:00!?
"I think we better get going its getting late." I said while getting up
"W-wait...I...." Kanao said while stopping me
I looked at her with a confused face.
"What is it?" I said
"Its um...Nevermind." Kanao said
then she just walked off I dont know where she was going at speed like But it must be important I guess. I better get going to.
Kanaos pov:
Ugh why cant I just say it. I guess I was to nervous like always. Ugh why cant you see Tanjiro.....I love you.....
I made it to the apartment room Shinobu told me to go to and she wss there with her sister Kanae.
"Hello Kanao, where were you? it was getting really late I was starting to worry." Kanae said
"Oh uh I was hanging out with a old childhood friend, thats all." I replied
"Oh, you mean that Tanjiro boy?" Shinobu questioned
"Ya..." I said
"Oh~ you mean your crush~" Kanae said with a very funny face
"UH NO ITS NOT LIKE THAT.....I think." I said
"Fufu, its okay Kanao now you go wash up and rest we will see you tomorrow 😊." Shinobu said
"Okay." I said.
Before I left I relized something
"Hey how did you and Tomioka go?" I asked Shinobu.
Everyone went silent.
"Well um...he said that he was....gay..." Shinobu answerd
"Honestly its his life not mine and he loves someone else so it dosnt bother me that much but....I loved him alot.." Shinobu said while tearing up.
Kanae hugged her and I did as well.
"Its okay Shinobu you have me and kanao by your side and look on the bright your still friends with him." Kanae said
"Ya your right." Shinobu said
After showering and finding a change of clothes I thought about the fun me and Tanjiro had today. Its like when we were kids everyday we would walk to the park and hangout and then we would buy ice-cream on hot days from the neighborhood ice-cream shop.
I hopped into the bed and then I thought about tanjiro. God he is so cute maybe next time when we hang out I can ask him to be my boyfriend or else he has no choice but to be mine....and only mine and I will kill anyone who gets in the way of that.
