"What are we here for again?" Judd mumbled, walking after y/n in the mall.

"I have an interview coming up, a radio station wants me to come talk about my music." Y/n said softly. Judd let out a small "mm", watching as y/n browsed the store fronts.

"Her ass looks so fat in those jeans, like two fucking planets." Maury mumbled beside him.

"Shut your fucking mouth." Judd growled.

"Do you like this?" Y/n asked holding onto a small spaghetti string dress.
"Im thinking this and a pair of nice shoes."

Judd looked at it for a while.

" 'think you should wear it just for me." He mumbled with a low grin.

"Judddddddddd be serious!" Y/n whined. judd chuckled.

"I am." he said. Y/n huffed and began walking to the counter with the dress. Judd followed, paying for the dress and dragging her out of that god awful store.

"You hungry?" He asked.

"A little." Y/n replied, looking up at him.

"Cinnabon?"

"Yes please!" Y/n chirped, sitting down at a booth in the food court. Judd wordlessly began walking towards the cinnabon kiosk.

Y/n sat at the booth on her phone for a little while until suddenly she felt someone staring at her.

Looking up and across the food court, she locked eyes with a guy walking alone. He seemed familiar, from one of her classes.

Then he began to walk towards her.

Y/n tried to look back down at her phone but he was already upon her. The guy sat down across from her.

"That seat is taken." She said instantly.

"Theyll be okay." He replied. "Im Bryan."

"Cool, my friend really wont appreciate you sitting in his seat." Y/n said, trying to look for judd over his shoulder.

"So? You're too beautiful to pass up."

"You willing to die over it?" Judd said suddenly from behind him.

Bryan jumped in surprise, getting up quickly and turing to face Judd who was a couple inches taller.

"Fucking scram, fuck face." The boy departed quickly, not even looking behind him.

Y/n looked up at judd from her seat at the table. Cinibon bag in his hand, he grabbed y/n's hand with the opposite and began leading her to the exit.

"He wouldnt leave me alone, I told him I was here with a friend already."

"I believe you." Judd mumbled. He lead her all the way outside to his truck. The drive back to his house was silent.

"Im gonna go get something, you can go to my room, Ill be back later." He said, sitting in the driveway and not looking at her. Y/n didn't say anything, understanding he was probably still upset.

"Im not mad at you."

Y/n nodded, grabbing her bags and taking judd's house key. She didn't look back at the car when she went inside. While climbing the stairs, y/n heard laughter coming from one of the rooms.

"Oh hey y/n!" Nick called out as y/n passed his open door. Y/n back tracked, standing in the doorway infront of Nick, Jay, Jessi, and Andrew.

"I thought you and judd were out."

"We were, but then some guy hit on me at the mall and judd got pissed off." Y/n chuckled a little.

"Ah, Judds a bitch, I dont know what you see in him." Nick mumbled.

"Hah yeah." Jessi said awkwardly.

"He may be a bitch, but hes a bitch that BONES." Jay exclaimed, slamming his hand on the floor.

"Woah now." Y/n said, coming to sit in their circle on the floor.

"Judd is not a bitch. Hes sweet and considerate, well to me atleast." Y/n said.

"I can't imagine Judd Birch having any positive emotions at all." Andrew said.

"He's not one for kind words, but i know deep down somewhere past everything you see him as, he loves me just as i do him."

The room went still.

"You...love him?!" All the kids asked at once.

"....Yeah, I think I do." Y/n smiled at nothing. The room was illuminated by bright pink light, refracting off the surfaces around her.

"I knew you did, I just knew it!" Walter said excitedly, jumpting around the room.

"Now you gotta LOVE-fuck him my little busy bee!" Connie said excitedly, twirling around with Walter.

Suddenly y/n's phone buzzed.

"come outside."

Y/n stared at Judd's message for a minute before quickly getting up.

"Welp, Im off, bye kids." She smiled, leaving the room to go back down the hall.
