Grace jumped out of her state of unconsciousness mind had been replaying dreams of what Edward had done to her in the past, it was as if she was stuck in a constant loop of memories, ones that she didn't wish to relive in her lifetime at all, even the memories of when she knew Edward as Nigel. Bitter memories that she wished that she would be able to forget. Her chest was heaving before she even dared to open her eyes, half expecting to wake up and see Edward torturing her once again. She took in a couple of staggered breaths of air before opening one eye not daring to open two just in case it was something that she didn't want to see, yet strangely nothing looked familiar at all. She raised a hand in her line of vision and was more than thankful to see that she was in her true form again. The anger was still residing deep inside of her, wanting and needing to get the revenge that she truly wanted out of Edward, she wanted him dead, that was plain and simple in her mind. He deserved it, he had turned her into a monster who was capable of killing anyone in her path, but she wanted to make sure that he would be her first victim. Making it bittersweet on his side.
"Sleepyhead is finally awake." Footsteps approached behind Grace, causing her to turn on her heels, finally making her realize that she was behind bars, yet the panic didn't hit her when seeing the police officer in front of her. "You've been out for hours, guessed that you had one too many drinks last night, especially since we had to get one of the female officers to dress you when you came in." He added with pursed lips, he wasn't pissed at having to take her in, it was mostly a worry about how he had found her. Abandoned,
naked and alone.
Grace chews on her lower lip, thinking that it must have looked bad finding a naked woman in the middle of nowhere yet she wasn't able, to tell the truth about what had happened. "I do remember going for a walk late last night, which is all I can remember..." She paused for a split second and glance towards her feet, noticing that she was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie, with the police department logo on both of them, causing her to wrap her arms around herself, feeling a little more uncomfortable with the fact that they had seen her naked, yet luckily it wasn't in her wolf form or that would of cause even more questions and possible testing. "Maybe it was the few drinks that caused it, I've never been one to be able to handle my drink. I said to my friends that I would be able to make it home by myself...I guess I had more confidence in myself..." She lied with a chuckle, hoping that she wouldn't be questioned about her actions anymore. She glanced around the area of the cell, hoping that there was a way she would be able to escape, she needed to get her hands on Edward and that was all she cared about."Is there anyone I can call to pick you up; I wouldn't want you wandering the streets again?" The police officer replied with a shrug of his shoulders, believing her story because it didn't seem too farfetched, he had heard worse and more unbelievable stories in his time while working in the small police department. Grace replied with a nod of her head and gave him Grayson's number, hoping that she hadn't caused them to all worry as she hadn't been home for hours.

Grayson and Michael had been looking all night to try and find Grace, they thought that something bad had happened due to her not returning or hearing anything from her. So, they decided to split up and try looking if different locations though didn't come to any clues to find where she had been, it was as if she had vanished from existence. Michael ended up going back to his place after a few hours and Grayson went back home, just as he stepped through the door his cell phone started to ring, causing him to immediately pick it up. It was the police department explaining what had happened to Grace and that she was locked in a cell to keep her safe for the time being and she was ready to be picked up with bail money of course. Grayson didn't hesitate in telling them that he would be there as soon as possible to collect her and he hoped that she wasn't hurt or caught in the act of being a wolf, yet he guessed that the police wouldn't let her out if that was the case. He left the house, not even shutting the door behind him and headed straight to the police station, he ran at an inhumane speed, it was quicker than driving and the easiest option to see Grace quickly and get to know what had happened.
