Chapter Six

I woke up before Five, and someone was carrying me on their back. I lifed my head to see who it was, but I couldn't tell.

"Hey, which one are you?" I asked whoever was carrying me.

"It's Diego." He said, right he was the one that looked like a comic superhero hero when I first saw him.

I heard a mumbling from behind us, so I looked behind me.

"If you vomit on me." It was Luther who was carry Five like a baby. I put my head back on Diegos shoulder.

"Hey. Where is Hugo?" Asked Five.

"Are you blind he is right in front of you." Said Luther.

"You know something we're going through puberty, twice." I heard Five say which caused me to giggle.

"Dolores never liked me when I am drunk, said it makes me surely." Five said laughing.

"Hey!" Diego said, turning to Five, I could see him smiling like a little kid.

"Hmm, yeah?" Five said.

"Two people yesterday attacked the academy. They had a child mask on." Explained Diego.

I lifted my head off Diegos shoulder once he mentioned Hazle and Cha-Cha.

"Who are they Five?" Asked Luther.

"Hazle and Cha-Cha." I said.

"Damn! I hate code names." Said Luther.

"It's their real names!" Five said.

"What do they want? We just want to protect you two." Diego said.

"Protect us? You know how many people we have killed?" Five said.

"No." Diego replied.

"Me and Hugo are like the four freaking horse men!" Five exclaimed Five then threw up over Luther's arm.

"Don't you dare throw up on me!" Said Diego.

"Don't worry about it. I'll just sleep it off." I said, leaning me head back on his shoulder.

"Well, hold on. I wanna ask some questions." Said Diego.

"What?" I asked.

"Yeah, so are you one of us? Do you have some special ability?" Asked Diego.

"Yeah, I do. Why does it matter? " I muttered.

"I was just wondering. You and Five seemed close, considering you two were sleeping on top of each other when we found you." Said Diego.

I didn't answer anything else. I fell back asleep on Diego shoulder, flustered.

I woke up to Five and Luther talking. I sat up, rubbed my head, and sat next to Five.

"But you two have a code, right? You just didn't kill anyone, did you?" Asked Luther.

"No, no code. We just did what we got told during the job." Five explained.

"B-But that's murder." Luther studdered.

"Jesus, Luther, grow up. There is no such thing as a bad guy and a good guy. There are just people." Five said, and Luther looked over at me.

"So Hugo, did you get partnered up because you have powers?" Asked Luther.

"Yeah, I was born October 1st, 1989. I am just the same age as Five." I said.

"How does that work?" Asked Luther.

"Time is a complex thing." I said.

"So what are your abilities?" Luther asked.
