The movers finally got all our furniture in the house. Dad explained that the old owners washed the carpets to make the house look nice, but a few weeks later the carpet started to stain. The agent said that the water that cleaned the carpet seeped into the ground, and can cause problems if we took it out to fast. So we would have to keep it in for at least another week.
I walked into my brand new bedroom, and examined it. My bed sat up against me gianganic window and my bed stand sat next to it with my radio. I went over and sat on my bed,
I laid back, and thought about what had just happens that week. My best friend Amy was shocked when I told her I was moving.
"WHAT?! Your moving!?"
" I know Amy, but I don't have a choice. Dad just got a new job in a different part of calafornia. I will still be in the same state! And remember we could text?"
Amy looked at me, then started bawling.
"Amy, it's ok!" I had told her the day I had left.
She sniffed, and look up at me with big wet eyes.
"Alright, I'll...I'll.. just... make sure you text me!" She stumbled.
Amy had texted me about 10 times.

I looked at my phone, and texted back, I'm here, and I'm fine. I looked at my clock, and it blinked 8:56.
I heard a soft knock on my door, then mom walked in.
"Are you excited about going to school tomorrow."
Um..Who ever is excited about going school?! I thought.
"Yeah.." I lied
"Oh come on sweety, it wouldn't be that bad, now get to sleep, you have a big day tomorrow."
