Before Balancer could begin, he and Bruce 2 had to dodge an incoming projectile. Balancer was quick to deflect the shot. He looked from where it had come from and saw Vladimir. His Vlad.

Anger bubbled inside him. He'll pay for what he had done. He'll pay dearly. "Go inside the building, make sure he stays unconscious." Balancer said. Bruce 2 picked Killer's body up and jumped off the building on the opposite, where it was safer. Using his grappling hook, he used the momentum to force them into a swing.

He used his feet to penatrate the glass. Landing on his knees, in the classic superhero pose, he looked down at Killer to see he was still unconscious.

Killer's POV
It was pointless at this point to fight. Both Dan and Tartarus flanked me by my sides next to the boiler. There was no escaping.

I was forced to look into the maned bodies of my loved ones and the ones I hated. I'm talking about Dash and his buddies.

…Danny…

I didn't react. "Who goes there!" Dan shouted. "Killer!" That sounded like me. Tartarus looked down at me. He gripped my chin, making me look up. "What are you planning!" He demanded. Fire embers danced in his eyes from the anger.

"He's not in on it, I swear on Tartar's arse!" Tartarus looked away towards where the voice came from.

There I saw me…"What's going on!" Dan demanded. This time his voice sounded like Tartarus's voice. It then clicked. "That's not his doing. That's the God of Balance."

Balancer looked down at the mayhem between us. "Yes, Delta. Remember when they died in front of your eyes. Sacrificing themselves for nothing in the end."

"You know, two thousand years of constantly seeing this very same scene, well minus the strangers, you surely get used to such gruesome sights." Balancer said. I knew he wasn't used to it.

I saw the way he looked at the statues of Sam and Tucker at his Castle's entrance. He misses them, just as badly as I do.

"Don't lie, Delta. After all, honesty is the best policy." Tartarus said in an empty tone. Balancer looked at me. "Oi, Bruce is here. Your Bruce."

That…that's impossible. I looked at the bodies in front of me. Balancer waved his hand at the scene in front of him. The bodies crumbled to dust, then turned to a mixure of gold and silver dust, only to reappear in front of me.

"They're not real. The real ones are waiting outside of this prison."  Balancer said. I stared at the so called illusions. Tartarus punched me in my jaw. I kept my head down.

"Oi, you son of a bitch!" Balancer shouted at me. I wanted to chuckle. He sounded exactly like me. "Look at me when I'm talking to you!" I glanced up at Balancer only to find myself in the sewers. I dropped to the ground. There was no boiler.

This was a memory. It was when I went to Ninja's world. He and I had a little spat about me killing Shredder.

I shouted at him. I screamed at him. He did too. Yet, somehow he let me get onto the dirty work that Clockwork gave me to do.

I slipped, falling through the murky water. Next thing I saw was  speeding torpedo passing me. Ten seconds later, Aquamn followed. Oh, yeah. I beat him up here. It was shortly after I killed Bane, the explosion from that sent me flying into the ocean.

I stayed there, enjoying the cold and the scenery of the wildlife, when Aquaman came and crushed the party.

Memories…these are memories.

I'm in control. This is my mind. My realm.

I smirked as I closed my eyes. I was back where Balancer and Tartarus were fighting. Tartarus crashed into a building next to me. Balancer came out from the building they were fighting in. This time he looked almost like his Dan. He must be pissed then. Last time he just looked like King.
