„I need to see Miko. “

Thats what I said. Since Inazuma hasn't changed in the past years I still know the route to the Narukami shrine. The Traveler had other plans and insisted to help the Kamisato siblings with the new years festivals. We crossed our paths and I, alone went up to the shrine, knowing that xiao is still watching over me.

„This place smells.. Awfully familiar “, Xiao said behind me, i got shivers since he scared me, i just sighed. „It's because of the Sakura tree I planted a few hundreds ago, don't you remember? “, he tried to remember it and nodded. As we reached the top of the mountain, the shrine maiden's looked weird towards us. It wasn't normal when i was here last time. I got greeted with warm hearts and with bows that I really i appreciate it. I ignored them and went to the huge sakura tree with Xiao.

„My My, My little kitsune really grew up in the past years“,i heard that familar voice and heard a chuckle, i turned around to the the one and only Kitsune youkai, my sister, Yae Miko. I smiled and walked towards her. „I missed you so much.. “, I hugged her and she welcomed me with a warm hug. She chuckled, „Me either “. Unlike her, I'm a hidden kitsune,i hid my identity, Even Zhongli didn't knew and Xiao probably heard it.

„Kitsune? Don't tell me your a furry. “

I heard Xiao grumbling, i let go of my sister and laughed at him. Miko chuckled. „My.. So this is the vigilant yaksha? I thought he might me bigger, but i dont mind it“, she smiled. I sighed out of acception and smiled to xiao.
„I read your letter. “, was the only thing he said. „Good, and i see your already accompanying my sister. I will lend you my fully trust alright? “, she chuckled and he nodded.

„Since tonight will be new years, and the shougen will appear, why not pay her a visit? “, my sister asked, i didnt know what to say. „I don't know if I could see her again after what happend last time.. I mean.. -! I'm illegally in inazuma right now! I'm actually banned from this nation.. “, I sighed and munched from the dango that my sister gave me. Xiao ate also somthing and sat beside me, not saying something. „... [Reader].. Does Xiao even know why you wanted to travel to inazuma? “, She suddenly asked.

„yes, she told me she needs information about the ballade er I don't know why... But i will accompany her till we reach her goal“, he said without any emotions. I sighed. „Actually xiao.. I came here for that reason and, not just to visit my sister, if I didn't had the reason to visit inazuma, I could've visited my sister ages ago..! But.. Im banned from inazuma.. Just like... Him..“

When i said 'Him' he looked shocked at me. „Don't tell me you actually know the 6th harbinger personally..“, he stared into my eyes I sighed and looked towards Miko. She nodded since I couldn't explain it properly.

She said and explained it in short words as possible. After a while Xiao finally knows the truth. He looked pityfull at me and gently grabbed my hand. „Don't worry, we'll get him back soon.. “, i smiled softly at him. „seeing you two having a cute moment is making me quite jealous “, Miko interrupted us and i chuckled.

„And new years.. Do you wanna see the fireworks later? “, Miko questioned and ate another dango. I looked at Xiao. „I mean, if xiao wants to. It's much different than lantern rite“, i said and looked at xiao. He thought about it and said yes. I smiled at and miko grinned.

„Alright lovebirds! The fireworks are comming soon and many people will come up to the shrine, since you can see the fireworks from here the best, so i suggest you two to go to the second floor of the building “, Miko said and showed us the second floor, it was a balcony with a Breathtaking view over the city, it was beautiful. Miko went upstairs to greet the people that were comming here to see the fireworks.

„Aaahh finally some time for us“, i chuckled and sat on the corner of the platform, Xiao sat beside me. He nodded, i leaned my head on his shoulder and took a deep breath. "I can't wait for next year.. “, i chuckled and gently put his hand in my hand and we both looked forwards to the fireworks who started to appear in the sky, bright colours and many meanings.
