You fly like a butterfly I try to catch
Running behind a butterfly
It is so hard to catch
It wanders from here to there
Took me to places which were unexpected
Running behind a butterfly
which took me to a forest
Soothing views and some weren't pleasent , but that butterfly was still the same beautiful and colourful
While running for her I didn't realised
What was faded,
Should I stop and admirer
But butterfly won't wait
Butterfly looks so beautiful with those different colours
Running after and catching maybe possible
But this phase won't last for long
Butterfly kept on flying on its pace
Got more colours on its way
And beautiful view faded away
Like a fool I kept on running without realising it was just moving along
I can't get ahead nor does it moved back
The illusion vanished
The minute I stopped
I smelled the rose and went to pluck it
Got a little cut in the process
Was happy with the flowers I got.
Butterfly was present,
It's wing got more colours.
wanted me to experience and move along with it further
This was the moment I realised
Butterfly was nothing
but the time with different colours
A butterfly that never land's and is hard to catch
And now I am more at ease
Knowing
Running behind this butterfly is of no use
In madness to catch it I never really enjoyed any view,
What I got in this chasing game?
Nothing!
I lost all the precious moments.
Life is all about now I learnt it hard way
But now its too late
Time is like a butterfly that never lands
Now all that chasing came to an end.
