Once, there was a king who dreamt that he had lost all his teeth. Concerned by this, he consulted a dream interpreter. The interpreter said, "The dream indicates that all your relatives will die." Furious, the king took his sword and killed the interpreter, exclaiming, "What's the purpose of living alone?"
The next day, he summoned another famous dream interpreter, who said, "Good news, Your Majesty! In your clan, only you will be granted a long life. Congratulations!"
The king was overjoyed and rewarded the interpreter handsomely. What was the difference between the two interpretations? They were almost similar, but the way the latter interpreter conveyed the message made the king feel peaceful and delighted.
The moral of the story is: "The magic of words can do wonders. Use the right tone and the best way to explain, criticize, or advise someone."
