Chapter 33

Emarlie pov

"How did you sleep?" Niall asked waking up looking over to me.

"Good" I smiled I was giving Aaron a bottle. Niall leaned over kissing Aaron's head then up to me to kiss me, I gave him a quick peck "do you only have rehearsals today?" He nodded his head laying back down again

"What are you gonna do all day?"

"Stay here I spose" I said shrugging my shoulders while rubbing Aaron's tummy as he kicked his legs around "do you notice that we always like rub his belly?" I asked Niall looking to him he had his arm behind his head "do you?" I asked with a laugh. He gave me a weird face "I do, I do" I said in a baby tone playing with Aaron he just lifted up his legs. I rolled him onto his stomach I really want him to gets the muscles in his neck stronger. He should already have them, but he doesn't because he doesn't like tummy time. We just watched him lay on his stomach lifting his head up for short periods of time

"He's getting there" Niall said

"Mm" I said still watching Aaron.

Niall left a few hours ago, Aaron was asleep in my arms as I just watched tv in the apartment. I was really bored there was absolutely nothing to do. I got up putting Aaron in the cot it was a bit too hot having him on me I could feel us sticking. I decided on having another shower the second one today. I had to, I felt yucky from the heat and Aaron was asleep so might as well, it will kill time. I don't get it it's not like really really hot it's just warmer then England and I can't even cope, cold weather suits me best I think!

I shut the ensuit bathroom door, turning on the shower I got out a towel then heard a faint cry from Aaron. I stood there for a second to see if it was just a sound he was making but the cry got louder. I shut the water off in the shower walking back out into the bedroom. I looked down to Aaron in the cot "what's wrong?" I asked him in a baby voice rubbin his tummy. I then noticed his dummy had fallen out. I picked it up putting it back into his mouth, but he wouldn't take it he spat it back out I put it in his mouth once more holding it there waiting for him to suck. He didn't want his dummy so I picked him up rocking him, I never know whether to pick him up or not. I want him to stop crying but I don't want to pick him up every time just in case he clings. I tapped his bottom while he cried, I started to walk around the apartment trying to get him to stop crying but it just didn't seem to happen. He was fine didn't have a temperature, his nappy was dry he shouldn't be hungry I feed him his bottle like an hour ago. My phone started to ring I picked it up supporting Aaron with one arm as I held my phone with my other,

"Hello?" I asked into the phone it was Maura

"Hi love how are you?" She responded. I could only just hear her through the screams of Aaron

"Yeah not to bad" I said bouncing again

"Is it a good time?" She asked

"Umm can I call you back?"

"Yep bye"

"Bye" I said quickly pressing end "come on buddy" I said to Aaron "go to sleep sh sh shh shh" I put his dummy back in then Niall walked through the door. Thank god! He took Aaron out of my arms repeating the moves I just did

"What's wrong with him?" He asked I raised my arms and shoulder up

"I don't know" I responded "he just all of a sudden started to cry it's lasted close to an hour"

* 2 hours later *

Aaron was still crying I'm glad that the apartments around us are just the lads and security. I would have to do some major apologising if it was just general people staying here! He stops but soon as we go to put him down he cries again. Zayn and Liam both came to see what was wrong already. So his cry more like scream is pretty loud.

We were both in bed Niall had Aaron laying up against his body.

"I'm soooo tired" I said really annoyed. I picked up my phone searching for why he is crying for so long for nothing "oh babe"

"What?" Ni asked

"It's probably colic" I said reading from my phone

"What's that?"

"It's when babies cry for no reason at certain times of the night for a couple of days" I explained Ni didn't look very pleased. I looked to Aaron's hands as he had them scrunched up in little fists "yep it's colic" I said, I knew that now because of his hands if we lay him down he would most likely put his legs up because of it.

"Why does it happen?"

"Because of gas, indigestion and all that" I said still looking down at my phone reading for more information

"he settled down now by the looks of things" at least it started at 4 this afternoon and it's now around 8 o clock. Niall agreed yawning

"Your gonna have to do it alone tomorrow"

"Mm" I agreed tiredly. Niall has a concert to do tomorrow with the rest of the boys "what are you doing?" I asked as Niall sat up

"Putting him in his bed"

"No leave him with us I will have him" I said as I put my arms out to grab him

"I'm tired and were not gonna get any sleep with him with us"

"Niall you say that like you don't care, now give him to me I will sleep in the middle holding onto him" Niall passed him to me we both rolled over so our backs were facing each other, I held Aaron securely in my arm. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
