Emarlie pov
The new year had begun. We had just landed in Ireland and were currently wheeling our bags out to the taxi.




We had decided to stay in Ireland for a month. For Niall to catch up with family and friends.




We arrived at our apartment that we will be living in for the next month. Aaron was currently asleep, we put him on the bed as we got the rest of the luggage inside.




I sat down next to Aaron on the bed making sure not to wake him, it would be the end of the world if we did. Kid loves his sleep.
"I can't wait to see them" Niall said looking up from his phone
"Me too the girls are going to be so big" I smiled "Aaron wouldn't even know who they are.




Niall went and hired a car for us to use for the month here.




"Lets go see your cousins and aunt and uncle Az" I baby talked to him standing him as Niall pulled a jumper over his head. Niall clapped his hands together wanting Aaron to go to him. He leaned across and went to Niall. I put a jacket on, grabbed the christmas presents along with both the girls birthday presents and we started to walk outside.




Niall put Aaron in his seat of the Audi RS7
"Couldn't get a family car?" I asked once Niall got in starting up the car
"It is has four doors doesn't it?" I just smiled
"Just because it has four doors doesn't mean it's a family car" I laughed.
Niall smiled at me and intwined our hands.




We arrived at Greg and Melissa's house. I knocked on the door three times before hearing shuffling and see the door open to Greg and Paige. I couldn't even walk through the door before Paige engulfed me in a big hug
"Hello gorgeous girl" I said bending down to her level kissing her then stood back up to hug and kiss Melissa and Greg. Ella was no where to be seen.




After we hugged and kissed everyone, we all sat down in the lounge room.
"Where's Ella?" Niall asked
Melissa"in bed"
Paige"she she was being nor naughty" she told me
"Oh really" I asked her
"Yeah" she nodded "she bited me" she replied showing the little cut from the bite mark on her arm to me
"Oh wow" I said looking up to Melissa
Melissa"I know. She's always bit and we don't know why"
Greg"child from hell" we laughed "she is though" he said getting confirmation from Mel as she nodded her head.
Melissa"wouldn't ever imagined a little girl to be so aggressive" I laughed.




I watched as Paige played with Aaron on the floor. Every time he would crawl out of the lounge room Paige would carry him back in. I was kind of scared by the way she held him, arms wrapped around his upper body as his legs dangled down, I don't think he liked it either as he would get agitated.




We heard a cry knowing that it would be Ella. Melissa put her cup of tea down on the coffee table and left to go get her. I kept my eye on Paige as she walked back in handing Aaron to Niall. He was now starting to moan and groan from her arching his back as she held him awkwardly, he just tried to get out of her grip.
"Just let him go Paige" Greg warned her "he doesn't need to be carried. Niall took him out of her arms and nursed him.




Mel walked back in with Ella
"Hello!" I said all excitedly. "Wow she's so big" I laughed
"She is" Niall agreed "probably because it's been forever since we saw her last"
Melissa"she was a baby baby"
Me"she was"
Paige"and now she's one and I'm four" I laughed as she put four fingers up
Niall"what did you get for your birthday Paige?"
"Umm" She said than ran to her room.
"Good one Niall now she's gonna pull it all out" Greg joked
Melissa"why do you care it's not like your going to clean it up anyway" I laughed. But I could relate to it so much. Woman always seem to clean up after their children more then what the male does!




After getting shown what Paige was given, it was now our turn to give her and Ella their birthday presents. We will do Christmas later on tonight.
"Keys?" I asked Niall. He pulled them out of his pocket and dropped them into my hand "I'm gonna need your help" I told him only loud enough for him to hear
"Uhhh" he replied "Greg take Az for a sec" he said standing handing Aaron to him. Aaron didn't want to go to him and started to cry and arch his back to get out of his grip. Me and Niall quickly moved to the front door getting out before Paige followed. I opened the boot and we sorted out the presents in the bag. There was a few.
"Which ones which?" He asked
"The pink ones aren't Christmas presents" I told him"
"I know that retard" he joked "but which one is which?"
"Umm" I had to think "oh um Ella has the Angels and Paige has star wrapping paper"
"I don't get why you didn't just put them in boxes" he said walking back to the house. I shut the boot
"Because wrapping paper is more fun to rip"




We both walked back inside, the first thing I heard was Aaron's cries. Haven't even been gone for five minutes.
"What are they??" Paige asked defiantly knowing what we were carrying. I looked to Greg struggling to keep Aaron in his arms. Aaron had his arms stretched out to me. I took him from Greg. He pushed his head into my neck. Clingy much?
"What do you think they are" Niall teased
"P presents" she giggled
"How much do you love me?" He asked
"Niall" I told him off "just give it to her"
"Here you go missy" I passed Ella her present kissing her forehead. She took it from me just looking down at it. Like she didn't know what to do. I think she was still half asleep. I giggled.
Paige "Lots" she replied to Niall
Niall"How much?"
"This much" she replied stretching out her arms as far as they went.
"Here you go" he leant down to her level and kissed her cheek "happy birthday" he said passing her the present she went over to Greg and ripped it open on his lap. She was shocked when she opened it we got her a purple leap frog leapPad2
"Wow" Melissa said "what do you say Paige?"
"Thank you" Paige said trying to get it out of the box
Me"Your welcome" we all watched her open it
Greg "gonna open yours miss?" He asked Ella "still half asleep" he laughed. Ella had no emotion on her face what so ever as she just watched Paige open her present. Melissa started opening Ella's present Ella just looked down watching her
"Aww look Ella it's bath toys! And a sesame street play world! Thanks guys" we both smiled. I hope she likes the bath. One year olds are so hard to buy for it's not funny, no matter how cheap or expensive something is they still don't quite get it, they would prefer to play with the box rather then the toy.
Greg"works out well, she loves the bath" Yes! Score!
"It's not much but there's lots of Christmas presents" I smiled. I felt bad only opening one present now.
Melissa "god they don't need anymore you spoil them too much"
Niall"kinda have to when you bearly see them"
Melissa"no you don't, don't feel that way!" Niall laughed but Melissa was taking this so seriously. Ella started to try and take the bath toys out it's sealed box as Paige played and worked out her leapPad Greg was helping her.




* That night *
"Paige sit down please" Melissa ordered as our meals were getting dished up. Roast lamb with roast veggies, Yum!! Niall was standing holding Aaron who looked exhausted. Probably was from playing with Paige and Ella so much. It's nice to see all the cousins getting along so well it's cute really.

We all say around the table. Niall and I kept switching Aaron over as we ate. Him and Ell had eaten there meal. Aaron started to much around on Niall. I put a bit of roast carrot in his mouth to settle him "Oh what was that face for?" I laughed at Aaron. He was a face puller when he ate. Paige laughed at him she could barley see over the table but she managed.




"Present time" I announced. We all gathered in the lounge room again around the Christmas tree, I managed to sneak out and put the girls presents under the tree. I sat on the ground legs crossed with Aaron on my lap passing out presents, there were a few to give around!




After all the presents were given around with a whole bunch of kisses. It was bedtime. I nursed Aaron to sleep half way though handing out presents as he fussed and arched his back to get out of grip, after he was done with that he would grab the presents and start ripping them. Niall took over handing out the presents as I sat on the couch with Aaron's hand on my chin as he slept.




Melissa put Ella to bed while she was still awake but not by much. Paige didn't want to go to bed quite yet because she wanted to stay up with us. She eventually fell asleep on the couch.




I adjusted the seat in the car to the right positioning so I could see out the window on the drive home. I swear every time I get in a car I spend the first five minutes getting my seat right because Niall had driven before me.


Today couldn't have gone better, it was a great catch up! ------------------------
