Camila watched Lauren walk towards the door to the bathroom with the feeling between her legs swelling almost uncomfortably. She kept a close distance as they exited the space and made ways towards Nova to advise on her early departure
Lauren did the same, heading towards Sam who now rolled his eyes and folded his arms, watching the pair leave the bathroom in complete unison "Lauren, not to start another argument but what the fuck?"
"She was upset." She lied "I'm taking her back to my apartment so she can sleep it off"
The man didn't for a second believe the woman as he glanced across at a seemingly excited Camila in the distance "You're a liar!" He barked
Lauren stepped in on Sam with a serious tint in her sparkling emerald eyes "No, I'm not" She began with bite "She was upset and didn't want to go back to her dorm, she's sleeping on my couch. Nothing else."
"You're ridiculous Lauren!" Sam knew the woman to be blatantly lying, he'd known her for a while and the stare in her eyes was telling nothing but dishonesty "I'm not saying another word about this! Take her home, enjoy it! But don't rip my head off when I say I told you so!"
Lauren grunted under her breath as she joined Camila to exit the busy club, with not having enough time yet to drink she couldn't help but feel slightly deflated. Camila noticed the new behaviour and kept a slight distance as they walked the short journey home
"What was that about?" She asked quietly, admittedly not wanting to ruin the mood
Lauren quirked her brows "Sam doesn't want me having sex with you" she replied with a blunt but raspy tone "It's his job to look out for you"
Camila knitted her brows "Isn't it yours too?"
"It's my job to give you an education, if I fuck that up it's Sam's job to fix it" Camila laughed awkwardly in response
"I'm a big girl Lauren, I'm more than capable of separating school from whatever this is" She spoke confidently "Besides, I'm not one to kiss and tell"
Lauren remained slightly adrift, her mind clearly wondering as to why Sam was so obsessed with the girls file "I hope you're not one to fuck and tell either"
Camila paused in the street with a sigh "You know you really need to chill out!"
"Chill out?" Lauren blurted "I could lose my job Camila?"
"Yeah?" The younger laughed "So why are we even doing this then!" Her tone was stern "If you are more concerned about losing your job than acting on this then why am I even following you home right now?"
Lauren looked around at the empty street, the front door of her house already in view "Because I'm selfish" she replied, taking a deep breath before walking towards the girl with a now sure fire in her eyes "I'm selfish because I want you to follow me home and live out this one night fantasy even despite the consequences"
Camila smiled into the floor with a smirk before looking back up into Lauren's gaze that she still couldn't quite decipher "Then let's do it." she spoke sensually
The girls continued towards Lauren's home without another word and made their way upstairs and into the wide space lounge. Camila set down her purse against the floor and kicked off her shoes beside the door "This is cozy" she whispered
Lauren discarded her heels beside the couch and nodded "It's comfortable and close to school, can't say I need anything more"
"Better than my dorm by a billion" the younger sighed "It's freezing at night and I'm pretty sure there's bugs in the wall so"
