Diana and her friends stepped inside the school building and sprinted towards the GYM when they heard the school bell ring. They entered the GYM and saw eight tables with eight faculty and staff members with a list of the students' names.
" Where are the Seniors?" Buck asked while looking at his surroundings, figuring out which table has his school year since there are many students in the GYM.
" You need glasses," Jenny teases, pointing to a table close to them. " That table with the shortest amount of students is the Seniors," She tells her friends.
" Wait! How many students are in our year now?" Sour Cream asked while holding his hands since he tried to count, but he stopped when he realized his school year had more than ten students.
Diana hummed while staring at everyone with a calculating gaze. Once she finished, she turned to her friends.
" This year, we have 131 Freshmen, 129 Sophomores, 116 Juniors, and 72 Seniors," Diana happily responded.
Sour Cream and Buck silently stared at Diana as they tried to figure out how she calculated that fast. Meanwhile, Jenny brightly smiled.
" See! What did I tell you? Our year has the shortest amount of students," Jenny boasted.
" Let's go see what classes we have this year," Sour Cream changes the subject by pushing his friends to the Seniors' table.
Lars and Sadie entered the gym and saw The Cool Kids heading towards the Seniors' table.
" Ohhh! I do hope I have one of my classes with them. Then again, I doubt I will have a class with Diana since she is the smartest student of our year," Lars mumbled.
" Did Diana get into the Principal's Honors last year?" Sadie jokingly asked since she had recently moved to Beach City during the summer before her Senior year.
Lars turns his gaze to Sadie, and the two teens intently stare at one another.
" Yes. Diana has been in the Principal's Honors since our first year," Lars commented.
" Dang. Is she a living calculator or something?" Sadie jokingly asked.
" Our school's Principal has asked Diana if she thought about going to college in our First year. But she refused, saying she wanted to experience being a High School student before thinking of going to college. As I said, she always thought about others first instead of her first," Lars dreamingly sighed.
Sadie warily stared at Lars as she wondered how she had become friends with him in the first place.
' Right. Right. Lars is my co-worker at the Big Donut, and I didn't know anyone at Beach City except him and Steven,' Sadie tells herself. She glances at Diana and begins to wonder if the other female is friendly like Steven.
A couple of students got their class schedules, and it was now Diana's turn to get her class schedule.
" Good morning, Mrs. Serki. And Mr. Kim," Diana kindly greets the two teachers at the Senior's table. Mrs. Serki was her AP US History Teacher during her Junior year. And Mr. Kim was her Junior year Honors Physics teacher.
" Oh! Hello, Ms. Universe. How was your summer?" Mrs. Serki kindly asked while Mr. Kim went to look for Diana's class schedule.
" My summer went well. I went to Egypt with my Aunts for a week. Then I went to Russia for another week with them. After that, we stopped in England for the last week of Summer Vacation," Diana smoothly spoke.
' More like I had countless missions, defeating and bubbling corrupted Gems so that they don't attack innocent humans,' Diana internally speaks.
" Wonderful! You must have taken many pictures," Mrs. Serki smiled.
