diet log

- brunch: 5 whole wheat slices (3x jam + 2x light butter) + a few glasses of sugarfree mint tea

- dinner: i went out to brussels (belgium) with my sisters and we ate at a restaurant. i had a big plate of chicken salad 

- snack: apple + a few glasses of mint tea with a little bit of sugar


exercise

- i walked for a few hours in brussels
