Elena had spent the next week, training her ass off, even getting extra practices and pointers from Kreese who was determined to make her a champion. In that week, she'd called Robby 3 times and visited him once with Adina.
She'd also started to learn more about Jae and his family. The rest of her time, she spent working out in her backyard with Adina and Tory. Tory was struggling a lot with money so Adina and Elena had offered to help.
"I don't want your money, okay." Tory argued as she lifted weights, "It's like a loan but we won't come at you for the money when you're 50. It's just so we know you and your family is safe."
Elena called while she did pull-ups, Adina hummed, "Yeah, it's not charity, we know you and love you. We just don't want that creep at your place trying to fuck you again. Okay, just let us help. And you can pay me back with kisses."
Tory sighed thinking of their offer, "Only a little, okay, I want my brother to have food in the fridge, the rest I can do myself." Adina and Elena nodded but had given her way more than enough for food.
Which Tory was grateful for so she didn't question or argue again, knowing they would just end up sneaking it into her purse anyways. Little by little so she wouldn't notice.

Elena sat besides Red with the other Cobras around them while they waited for Miguel to come in. It was his first day back to school and everyone had made signs, posters and banners.
It made Elena's head spin seeing her ex's name on every wall. There was a bunch of applause, so Hawk and Elena both stood up walking towards the cheers. Finding Miguel with a smile on his face.
Elena wanted to turn around and run seeing, how he was standing. He looked so pretty and relaxed in her eyes. She hadn't seen him in a while and she'd really missed him.
"El serpiente!" Miguel turned to see the pair smiling at him, he looked Elena up and down from over Hawks shoulder. "What's up?" Miguel greeted as they did the boy fist bump.
"How you feeling?" Elena asked looking him up and down seeing as he was standing. "Feels good to be back." Hawk threw an arm around Elena.
"Did they give you bionic legs or some shit like that?" Hawk asked what Elena was thinking which Miguel laughed, "No, same old boring human legs."
"Oh yeah? Can you throw down? Gotta defend the title." Hawk threw fake punches as the three of them laughed when someone went in between Elena and Hawk.
