"Thank you." Kema smiled as Mack stood behind her chair, once she took her seat he pushed it in for her and took his seat on the other side of the table.

While Mack bounced his leg underneath the table, Kema opened the cloth napkin and laid it across her lap.

She was wearing a black knee length tight dress with a black clutch she bought back in high-school, and her favorite black YSL heels. She finally looked up at him, being that she was too nervous to look him in the face until now, and smirked."Nervous?"

He was looking around the restaurant but had yet to say a word, he was too busy trying to find something to talk about. Which only made his hands sweat more than they already were."You know I am." He responded.

She smirked and shrugged her shoulders reading over the menu. "You look good."

"You do too."

"Thank you." Kema responded. "You ever been here before?" Mack shook his head in response.

"No it's my first time."

"I don't know what I want..." She got quiet again. He stared at her while thoughts raced through his mind. A part of him was starting to think she was too good for him, it was a little cliche but she actually did carry herself a certain way and it made him scared to say the wrong thing and ruin the chance for a second date.

Not that a lot of woman didn't have the same attribute, 'cause no woman is ever going to be the same as all others. She was cool to him, but she also didn't look like she played that little kid game. That boyfriend and girlfriend thing he was used to, she looked like she would require way more from him.

A little part of him was trying to figure out if he was good enough, if she would answer the phone when this date was over. He barely knew her but she had his heart racing. That alone made him wonder.

"I'm getting this." She spoke and he sat up straight in his seat finally looking at the menu. He had picked something totally random, but it sounded like it would've been good.

Kema nor Makaveli were picky eaters. The only thing that Mack wouldn't eat was peas and tomatoes, while Kema loved everything.

"I'm trying not to eat red meat right now so, maybe the crab and avacado salad." She spoke more to herself looking up at Mack. "That sound good?"

"A little, I don't know about the avacado though." He responded. "True, what about you? What're you getting?" She looked over at his menu as if she wasn't already holding a copy.

'A drink.' He thought but didn't say. He thought he would've needed something to calm him down. The nervousness was starting to get irritating at this point. "Bones in Filet Mignon."
