Rose was 19 at the time. She was in a college where she didnt fit in at first. She kept up with the trends. Everyone wanted her to be someone she never wanted to be.

Her life and actions was always led on by someone else. She had only one friend. Her best friend of 14 years. The rest was only teenagers that thought she was a perfect candidate for their group.

She wasn't the smartest of the bunch, but she knew how toxic they were. She had to fit in some way. Even if it was getting involved with toxic people.

"Hey girly." Her best friend, Mia greated giving her a hug.

"Hi." She blankly replied hugging her back.

"Oh my goodness girl! You're still upset?" Mia asked and Rose knew exactly what she was speaking of.

"Yeah, It's not easy." Rose admitted while they walked towards their lockers.

Their lockers were situated beside each other. They only had one class together, but none the less they were the best of friends.

"It will get better soon, Rose." Mia said and Rose nodded lightly.

Rose and Mia walked off to their first class. They were two classrooms away from one another. Mia had art class while Rose had writing class.

"Good day class, Im glad to see you all are on time for once." Mr. Graham said looking straight at the group of boys right at the back.

"Today, we are going to do something different. We are all going to choose a partner for this exercise." As Mr. Graham said that everyone started talking trying to get a partner.

Rose was seated next to a boy called Liam. He was that one guy everyone wanted. All though, she didnt like him as much. Mostly tolerated him. They usually work on projects together. While they are partners, she usually does all the work.

He gave her the look that she knew was because he wanted her help with the project.

She looked around the class acting like she wants to ask someone else.

"Please Rose?"  He pleads giving her the puppy dog eyes.

She rolled her eyes nodding, indicating that she will once again help him.

Not shortly after, Mr.Graham started speaking again.

"This time, we will be doing it differently. You guys are going to give in your own stories of ten pages back to front about your partner. You will have a week of 'bonding' and gathering information from one another to write a story based on their life."

The whole class looked confused, but excited about the new exercise they got.

"Dang it, now I got to do my work on my own." Liam pouted next to me.

"Well it's payback for all the times I had to do our work on my own." Rose said crossing her arms across her chest.

"Fine, payback sucks though." Liam said and Rose laughed.

Liam and Rose started making a list of things they need to know about one another to write their story. Liam is by far a very interesting guy and Rose can at least write five pages about Liam.

Liam is the social type. Someone who don't judge easily but can stand his ground at certain moments. He is a serious but also funny guy.

He is on the basketball team that Mia and Rose is cheerleading for. He has a new girl every week, even though I know he likes only one girl, but he is too scared to ask her out.

He is someone Rose can trust, but takes everything the wrong way. Rose and Liam get along well on occasions, although sometimes it can be a handful.

"So you really like him huh?" Liam asks randomly and makes Rose laugh.

"Dude, it's been two years. I lost feelings for him the day I found out what he did to Stacey." Rose said and Liam nodded. Stacey was one of the girls Liam dated back in high school. They lasted a year before she left Liam for his ex best friend Dylan.

Rose had a huge crush on him back then, but when she found out what he did to Stacey... she forced herself to lose feelings.

The bell rings after a while which indicates lunch break. Rose's least favorite time of the day. All her toxic 'friends' will gossip about other students and stir up some unnecessary drama.

She walks out the class and wait for Mia that is walking towards her. They greet each other and walk to the cafeteria.

"How was Writing class?" Mia asks and Rose sighs.

"Surprisingly good." She says and Mia fakes to have a heart attack.

"Its only good when im in ur class." She says making Rose laugh.

"Let's see what happens this lunch break." Mia says as they walk into the cafeteria.
