𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The Sully's all sat together, eating some of the fruit that Tsireya had given out that morning for them. It was pretty silent as everyone was enjoying the food. Jake cussed under his breath because Tuk kept spitting the seeds out onto his hand.

Lo'ak hadn't even started eating the fruit yet. "Lo'ak stop staring at your food and just eat the damn thing" Jake said, clearly fed up with that kid. Lo'ak didn't even notice his father talking to him. He just kept staring at the fruit with a dumb smile on his face.

Neteyam leaned towards him. "Are you smiling like that cause Tsireya gave that to you?" Neteyam said quietly, smirking at his brother.

"What- no" Lo'ak said, stuttering.

"She gave everyone fruit, you're not special" Kiri said, rolling her eyes.

Lo'ak's jaw dropped like that was the most offensive thing anyone had ever said. "Not special huh? Well what about this-" Lo'ak fished for something in his pocket. It was a rock. "Why did she give me this then, huh?" Lo'ak said, matter of factly.

"So she gave you a rock?" Kiri laughed, putting a hand up to her mouth to cover her smile.

"Yes, a very special rock" Lo'ak said, petting the tiny rock.

"Hey!" Jake said sternly, snatching the rock out of Lo'aks hand and throwing it into the water. "Eat your food"

Lo'ak looked as if he was about to cry. "Dad that rock was special!"

"Special my ass" Jake said. "Now I swear if you don't eat that fruit i'll throw you in there too"

Lo'ak huffed, and took an aggressive bite out the fruit.

After another couple minutes of silence, Neteyam nudged Lo'ak. "So" he said, "you like Tsireya?"

"BRO NO WHAT-" Lo'ak said, getting cut off by Neytiri throwing Tuk's spat out seeds at Lo'ak.

"Swim with us" Luana said as she signed it out with her hands. Her and Neteyam were sitting on the beach. Luana was trying to teach Neteyam how to sign for when they are under water.

"Swim with us" Neteyam said back, trying to do the same action with his hands.

"No no like this" Luana said. "Swim with us" she made the sign again, but a little slower.

Neteyam tried again.

"No you musn't bend your finger, because right now you're saying 'swim with genitalia'"

"You're joking" Neteyam gasped, dropping his hands. Luana laughed and took his hands in hers. "I'm not joking" 

"This is so embarrassing" Neteyam said, covering his face with his hands. Luana laughed again. "Its okay! Here just straighten yout finger like this-" Luana took his hands away from his face and moved his finger into the right position. "Here like that, try it again"

Neteyam made the action again. "There you got it!" Luana said, giggling again.

"Okay thank fuck" Neteyam laughed with her, smiling at the way her eyes would scrunch up when she laughed. They said there for a second longer, laughing at the stupidity of the situation.

"Bro where is it!!" Lo'ak said. Luana and Neteyam looked to the side to see Lo'ak and Tuk fishing around where Jake threw the rock that Tsireya got him.

"What's he looking for?" Luana asked, looking back at Neteyam. "He's looking for the rock Tsireya gave him" Neteyam said, looking back at Luana too. "He likes her, doesnt he?" Luana asked, watching again as Lo'ak kicked the water out of frustration. He accidentally splashed Tuk, to which she hissed at him.

"Oh yeah definitely" Netyam said. "This morning, he wouldn't stop staring at the fruit she gave him" He laughed.

"That's so cute" Luana smiled. "She definitely likes him too. She wont stop talking about him"

It took a second for them to realize that they still were holding hands. Luana quickly dragged him to stand up. "Cmon, lets go help him" Luana said. Neteyam simply nodded, and they both ran over to Lo'ak and Tuk.

Luana sat with Tuk and Kiri. They had their feet dangling in the water, and Luana was braiding Tuk's hair.

"So can you heal anything?" Kiri asked.

Luana thought for a minute. "No," she said. "I can heal wounds, but anything that's too far gone I usually can't heal" Kiri listened as she started to weave a bracelet that she was going to give to Luana.

"Sometimes, I can save animals if they are small enough"

"So you could heal a fish?" Tuk asked.

"Yeah, fish are easy to heal" Luana said.

"Thats so cool" Tuk said. "Can we see?"

"Sure" Luana said. "I sometimes go diving to see if there are any injured animals"

"Well lets go!" Tuk said, jumping up and grabbing Luanas hand. Luana laughed and stood up, grabbing Kiri's hand too.

The three girls swam through the water, inspecting all the fish that passed them. So far all the animals looked fine. The three of them rose to the surface, so that Tuk and Kiri could get some air,

"Sorry I wish I could-"

"Lulu!" Lulu turned around to see Tsireya calling her, she was swimming over, along with Neteyam, Lo'ak, Aonung and Rotxo. They were each on an ilu.

Once they had gotten close to them, Luana saw how Tsireya's ilu was struggling to swim.

"Please help! She is hurt" Tsireya panicked at her sister. She brought her ilu up to her, turning it so Luana could see that deep cut on its fin.

"Don' worry Tsireya, she's gonna be okay" Luana said, petting the ilu as it whined. Everyone gathered around Luana, waiting in anticipation. For most of them, it would be their first time seeing her powers.

Luana gently placed her hand on top of the ilu's cut. Aonung had his arm around Tsireya, comforting her.

"Yo whats happening-" Neteyam punched Lo'ak in the arm to silence him.

They all watched as Luana closed her eyes, taking a deep breath.

Whenever Luana used her powers, she would think of a warmth emitting from the skin of palm. She took a deep breath. She then opened her eyes, and took her palm away. What revealed was just a scar, that eventually started to fade back to normal and perfect skin.

There was an array of shocked expressions. Tuk got a look closer, eyes lit up in fascination. Tsireya leaped forward to her ilu, brushing her hand against the fin where the cut once was.

"Thank you Lulu! Thank you thank you!" Tsireya said, hugging her sisters side. "Thats okay" Luana said, hugging her sister back.

Neteyam couldn't stop his jaw from dropping. He'd never seen something like that before.
