Downfall

job

Jimin was currently sitting in bed with the baby. He was expecting an email any minute now to see if he got the job. Kang Ji was fast asleep since he had just been put down for a nap. Jungkook was also sleeping right next to him. They were each laying on one side of Jimin's body. Jungkook had his face nuzzled onto Jimin's shoulder while the baby was laying on his side. Jimin pouted when he didn't receive any new emails. He slowly put his phone down before cuddling with Jungkook.

Arms were immediately wrapped around him which made him feel safe. Jungkook gave his head a kiss and started to gently rub his back. "Did you get an email yet?" "Not yet." He cooed and gave Jimin a kiss on the nose. "Your breath smells." "I haven't brushed my teeth in two days." "Ew! Go brush your teeth before getting near me again." "Fine." Jimin shoved Jungkook to the bathroom before turning around to face the baby. Kang Ji was still asleep with a small pout on his face.

"Why are you staring at the baby like that?" "Because he's so adorable." The baby was given a kiss on the cheek which made Jungkook jealous. "Don't glare at the baby." "I'm not." "Did you brush your teeth?" "Yes." "Good now give me my phone so I can check if there are any emails." "Here." Jimin unlocked his phone and waited for his emails to refresh." He had applied for five different jobs so he hoped that he at least got one. The first two emails that he opened were ones saying that he didn't get the job.

He was bummed out since those were the jobs he wanted the most but the last three were all accepting him. "I got three that accepted me." "How are you going to do all three?" "I'll figure out a way to do it." "What jobs were they?" "Two are at coffee shops and one is as a waiter." "I applied at a tattoo shop and at a store." Jimin looked confused when he heard that. "You can draw?" "Yeah."

He nodded before asking the most important question. "Are the places safe for the baby?" "The tattoo shop said they didn't care, just to keep him away from the needles and the store has a program to watch the babies." "Good." "I made sure to remember about the baby." "When should your email arrive?" "I think tomorrow so I should be on the lookout." "My first day is in a week so that should give me enough time to figure out my schedule." "Are we taking turns with the baby each day or at noon?"

Jimin pouted when he heard that. "Switching at noon would be too much of a hassle so we'll take turns each day." "Alright." Kang Ji whined since he heard them talking. "Sorry little baby." Jimin gave him a kiss on the cheek to calm him down. "It's time to wake up, little baby." The baby started to cry since he didn't want to wake up from his nap. "I know you don't wanna wake up but we're gonna go to the park in a little bit, you love going there don't you?" He nodded while still crying.

"You never told me we were going to the park." "Well we are, so you better start getting ready." "Yes my queen." Kang Ji had stopped throwing his small fit and was now getting dressed in a cute outfit. "You're such a cute baby. Isn't he a cute baby?" "Yes." Jimin smiled and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He grabbed the baby bag before they all headed out the door.

It had been six days since Jimin got that email. He was super nervous yet excited about tomorrow since that would be his first day on the job. His first job would be at the coffee shop which would start at seven in the morning and end at noon, his next job would be at the other coffee shop from noon to three and his last job at the restaurant would be from three to eight.

Then he would have a break for about an hour before having to go to the club and work from nine to two. Jungkook got accepted for both jobs, he would be working at the store from seven to four and at the tattoo shop from five thirty to seven. They were going to be exhausted but they both knew that with the money from their jobs and money from the club put together, they would be getting their own place faster.
