Jimin was still at the hospital with the baby. He was laying on the bed with him while gently petting his ears. The baby was hooked up to a ventilator to help him breathe better which made Jimin want to cry. His little baby looked so sick. The door knocked before opening. A doctor walked in which made him sit up. "Alright Mr. Park, we are running some tests at the moment to see what he might have." "I-Is it bad?" "I'm almost sure it's just strep throat." "But that doesn't make someone have trouble breathing.
The doctor sighed before putting his clipboard down. "I was confused about that too which is why I came to check on him." Kang Ji whined when the mask got taken off of him. "Open your mouth bub." The doctor flashed a light into his mouth to see better. "There it is." "What is it?" "His throat must've been hurting him to the point he started to scratch inside his throat. He made a small cut in his throat and it filled with bacteria which caused it to swell up." Kang Ji pouted when the doctor said that.
"We'll have to keep him in for a few days to make sure the infection cures." "Alright, thank you." The doctor left and a few minutes later Jungkook walked in. "Hi baby." "Hi hyung." "Is the baby doing ok?" Jimin explained to him what the doctor had told him just a few minutes ago. "I hope he's ok." "The doctor said they're gonna keep him for a few days to make sure the infections go away." Kang Ji was looking at them with a pout. "What's wrong my baby?" "Wan mama."
Jimin cooed and quickly sat down next to the baby. "I'm gonna be right here next to you." Jungkook squatted down next to the bed to be closer to the baby. Kang Ji reached out and grabbed at his hand. "The baby wants you." "What do I say to him?" "Just be nice." Jungkook slowly leaned towards the baby to see what he wanted. "Lub appa~" Jimin softly gasped when the baby said those words.
Jungkook shyly smiled when he heard that. Kang Ji hugged his arm before falling fast asleep. "He loves you a lot." "He's so cute." Jimin gave his cheek a kiss before gently laying next to him. "Will this bed break if I get on?" "Probably." "Let me cuddle with the baby." "Fine, I have to go somewhere either way." "Where?" "I'm gonna go apply for that office job." "When will you be back?" "In like two hours." "I'll be here with the baby." "Be nice to him." "I will." "Bye hyungie."
Jimin gave them both kisses before leaving. It was barely seven in the morning so there weren't that many people out. When he got to the house Mr. Kim was still there with Taehyung. "There you are!" "Hi guys." "Is everything alright? The neighbors came over and said there was an ambulance outside earlier this morning." "The baby was having trouble breathing last night so we took him to the hospital." "Is he ok?" "The doctor said he'll be fine but he's gonna stay there for a few days."
They both sighed in relief when they heard that. "I got a job interview so I gotta get ready." "Another one?" "This one's an office one so if I get this one I can quit my other ones and just keep the one at the club." "I'm sure you'll get it." "I gotta get my good outfit ready." Jimin quickly ran to their room and went into their wardrobe. He grabbed his nicest pair of clothes which he had stolen from his adoptive parents house. A white collared shirt was covered by a pink vest. That was paired with a black skirt and some cute shoes.
