Kim Jinwoo didn't appear in front of Kang Dowon for a week. Kang Dowon looked like a wilted flower when Chairman Kang came to visit him.

"Why you look like you just lost half of your money?" Chairman Kang asked since it was weird seeing his dispirited son.

"......."

"Is it because Kim Jinwoo went abroad for a meeting with an investor? It couldn't be help. You also work in the same industry so you should've know how busy he can be."

"Jinwoo went overseas?!"

"He didn't tell you? What kind of stupid thing you've said to him that he didn't tell you about this?" Chairman Kang immediately assumed it was Kang Dowon's fault.

"I told him it's ok if he want to break up with me."

Never have been in his whole 34 years of living had he ever got asked if he was stupid thus Kang Dowon didn't know what to answer.

He knew he was wrong but he didn't know exactly why was he wrong. He just wanted Jinwoo to have a better and safer life. But he regret it and wanted to beg Jinwoo to stay by his side.

"I know I'm wrong and I didn't want to break up anymore but Jinwoo didn't come to see me at all. He just sent food through the nurses," Kang Dowon said.

'Is he pouting? Or am I imagining things?' Chairman Kang thought.

"Well, he will be back tonight so discuss with him properly especially about your engagement ceremony."

"Dad, I'm already with Jinwoo, so why are you trying to make me getting engaged out of a sudden?!" Kang Dowon was shocked. He thought his father agreed with him being with Jinwoo.

Now it was Chairman Kang's turn to be confused, "Didn't you say you love him so don't you want to get engaged?"

"I only love Jinwoo and won't get engaged with anyone else," Kang Dowon said resolutely.

Chairman Kang: *face palm Did he hit his head too hard that he became stupid.

"I'm talking about your engagement with Jinwoo. What kind of nonsense do you thing I'm talking about?"

"Me and Jinwoo, getting engaged? Dad, should we call Danny? Sister Soojin's brand also seemed ok. No need to bother Jinwoo with all the minor details and let me handle it. Jinwoo doesn't like to be pestered."

Chairman Kang's eyes twitched when he looked at his son sudden change. Before he looked like the world might end but now looked how excited his eyes look. He even felt the one in front of him wasn't really his son but a weird doppleganger.

Since the engagement banquet would be  held in a month, Chairman Kang didn't dawdle much and went home to prepare for the banquet.

Kang Dowon and Kim Jinwoo only needed to care about the outfits to wear on that day.

At night, Kim Jinwoo arrived in the hospital. His grandfather had nagged at him after Chairman Kang called him and nagged about Kim Jinwoo didn't mentioned about the engagement to Kang Dowon

"Sigh, I even have to work when my hand is still in cast like this? This capitalist society," Kim Jinwoo was exhausted.

He was suddenly drown in work since the Kim suddenly decided to cooperate with XB Universal. Other than Choi Hye Seung, he also needed to supervise the cooperation on behalf of XB Universal.
