Little Things

Chapter 3

AMANDA'S POV

We were in the car on our way to Mc Donald's and Niall and I were talking about different exotic foods that we have eaten. "Have you ever had Chickfila?" I asked. He tilted his head and looked at me with confusion written on his face. "OH MY GOD!" I blurted out. Everyone looked at me expecting me to say something. "Louis lets go to Chickfila!" I said happily. "But Mc Donald's is right there." He pointed down the road. "But Niall hasn't had Chickfila before and it's just so delicious!" I wined.

"Come on mate. I haven't had it either." Liam stated trying to persuade Louis. "I've never tasted it either." Harry said in a winey tone. I looked back at him and he winked at me. I smiled at him and started to blush so I turned around quickly and I heard him chuckle. "Fine! We can go." Louis finally gave in looking at Harry through the rear views mirror with an expression that I couldn't quite read but I quickly got distracted when Louis turned on the radio.

HARRY'S POV

"I've never tasted it either." I wined. Amanda looked back at me and I winked at her. She smiled and I couldn't tell if she was blushing or not because her hair was covering part of her face. She turned around swiftly and I couldn't help but laugh at this. Louis finally agreed to go to where ever that place was called. I honestly didn't care where we ate, I just wanted to side with Amanda. We all cheered and Louis gave me a look from the rear view mirror but I shrugged it off.

When we got to to the restraint parking lot Amanda was the first one out. She waited impatiently like a child which I found rather amusing. Once we were all out she grabbed mine and Louis' wrists and dragged us into the restraint. The smile that was plastered on her face was gorgeous. I couldn't help but smile too.

When we got up to the cashier person Amanda smiled at him. "Hey Seth!" "Hey Amanda!" The boy replied back. "I haven't seen you in a while we need to hangout later this summer." She said. "That sounds great! What can I get for you?" He asked. I'm not going to lie I was a little aggravated when she was smiling at him. I'm not saying I like the girl I'm just saying I don't like her and that guy being all smiley to each other.

When we got our food we all went to sit down. I took the seat next to Amanda and I guess I was sitting a little too close to Louis' likings. I scooted a tad away and Amanda have me a weird look. "Don't worry Harry I don't bite, hard." She started to giggle at her own joke and the other boys started laughing except for Louis. A blush started to creep up on my face and I tried to stop it. But how in the bloody hell do you stop a blush?

AMANDA'S POV

"I don't bite, hard." I said. The boys all laughed except for Louis. I didn't understand why they thought that was so funny I guess it was the way I said it or something. Louis was acting strange since the car ride over here and I didn't know why.

Once I finished eating I went over and sat in Louis lap whom was still eating. "Are you going to eat the rest of your food?" I asked batting my eyelashes and smiling the most innocent smile that I could. "Yes." He bluntly stated. "Oh.." I replied. "Well I'm going to get more food then!" I said "Oh! Oh! I want some more too!" Niall said raising his hand like a little school girl. I couldn't help but laugh at his actions. We walked up together and order some more food. Seth said he would bring us our food once it was ready so we went to go sit back down.

When I sat down all the boys were staring at me except for Niall who was scanning for any food left unattended. I smiled at him with amusement. "Amanda." Louis said with a serious tone. "Yea?" I asked I ask taking a drink of my dr. pepper. "You know how there's one more week until summer?" He asked slowly. "Mhmm." I replied not really paying any attention to what he was saying. "Well you know how you've always wanted to go to the beach but your mom and dad never let you go?" This got my attention. I love the beach so much! The sand in-between your toes and the feeling of the cool, refreshing ocean water splashing up on you. "Yes.." I said cautiously.

"Well how would you like it if you came to the beach with me?" Lou asked smiling. I sat there for a second processing what he asked me. "Is this some sort of sick joke?" I asked scrunching up my face. The boys started laughing and Seth walked up and handed Niall the food. "Nope" Louis said still laughing from my previous facial expression.

I jumped up and stood on top of my chair and started to do a weird little happy dance and everyone started laughing. Seth came over to me and was trying to catch his breathe from laughing so hard. "What's going on?" He said happiness trickling on his question. "IM GOING TO THE BEACH!" I yelled. They all laughed again and I jumped down and gave Seth a hug as he twirled me around.

After he set me down I sat back in my chair and started to scarf down my food. This was the best news ever. I could just tell this was going to be the best summer yet.
