Ayanokouji in Oregairu

The Cultural Festival -1

It was a pleasant evening at my home when I decided to call Yukinoshita.

Yukinoshita: Good evening.

Ayanokoji: Hello Yukinoshita its me Ayanokoji.

Yukinoshita: I don't want to sound rude but how did you get my number?

Ayanokoji: I asked your sister, don't worry about it.

Yukinoshita: I see, I should have guessed that myself.

Ayanokoji: So are you doing alright you sound a little tired.

Yukinoshita: I may be sick.

Ayanokoji: Then Don't push yourself, call the school and inform them of your absence.

Yukinoshita: Thank you for your concern I was planning to take a sick leave. Though I am still worrying about how much work there is.

Ayanokoji: You don't have to worry about that I can fill in for your position as the temporary vice president.

Yukinoshita: No I possibly can't make you do that plus it's my duty you are not even on the committee.

Ayanokoji: So who else will you tell this to do, Hikigaya is too busy with his own committee work Yuigahama is busy with the practice for her own performance. You won't be able to focus on recovery if you keep thinking about the workload just let me handle this as your health takes priority. 

Yukinoshita: Uh- well I am truly grateful.

Ayanokoji: Good just call Hiratsuka sensei and tell her about your leave as well as my temporary post.

Yukinoshita: Of course thank you once again, I really can trust you.

Well, that played out fine now I can show Sagami the errors of her ways with this position. But I don't understand this thing why was I angry while seeing Yukinoshita overworking herself. I too understand and feel emotions but I control them to such a level that not only expressing them but even seeping them into myself becomes impossible. 

(Tomorrow at school in the committee meeting room)

Ayanokoji:  I am Aynokoji Kiyotaka and will be the temporary vice president filling in for Yukinoshita.

Sagami: Aahh Ayanokoji Kun so you are filling in for Yukinoshita san how nice well why don't you help me with class preparations?

Ayanokoji: No we don't have time we have to go through many revisions and new ideas as well as some previously discussed things.

Sagami: But we should still focus on enjoying the festival.

Ayanokoji: Have you ever cooked before?

Sagami: Where did that come from? Well, I do help my Mom sometimes.

Ayanokoji: When you put more effort into a dish does it come out well?

Sagami: Obviously, a well-prepped dish will always taste better.

Ayanokoji: It is similar here the more work we put in here the better the festival will come out.

Sagami: Hahahaha what are you saying these are entirely different things like this is a festival we don't worry kay.

I see it is not the same as with Yumiko or Tsurumi talking won't get through to her. Guess I really have no other choice but to break her thoroughly. Later Hikigaya decided to call Yuigahama and proposed that we should go visit her. I quickly started finishing work and even went a little overboard finishing 3 days' worth of it by myself at least it will be easy on Yukinoshita. After school and the committee work ended we went to visit her and it was a huge building similar to the one I am staying in currently.
