**Long Chapter Ahead**
It has been a few days since the announcement of Dani's solo stage, and she's been pretty busy preparing. She is attending a meeting with her manager to discuss the last few details regarding her performance.
"Okay, Dani! We just have a few last-minute details to work out before the performance," Ji-Yeong said with a smile. "Have you decided what you want to say to fans?" he asked.
Dani nodded. "I even included some Japanese," she said proudly.
"That's great, Dani," he replied with a smile.
Dan-bi chimed in, "Can I make a suggestion, Oppa?"
Ji-Yeong nodded, signaling for her to continue.
"I know the company wants me to have background dancers. Why don't we use trainees instead of paying a company to provide them? Although we don't need to, it could save us money and give trainees experience on stage." Dan-bi said.
Ji-Yeong smiled. "That's a great idea, Dani!"
"We could hold 'tryouts'. We'll need at least 16 spots to fill. I only want this to be offered to trainees who are considered to be in groups. It'll help them in the future for when they debut," she proudly said. I also want I want this to be offered to all of HYBE, not just Source Music!"
Ji-Yeong smiled and nodded his head while he wrote down Dani's idea. "Dani, I'm impressed! You didn't want to do this, but you're taking charge! It's making me so proud!" He complimented.
Dani smiled. "Thanks, Oppa, Then she looked at her watch. "Aish, I'm late!" Dani quickly got out of her seat. "Are we done?" She asked practically out the door.
Chaewon's gonna kill her. She ran all the way there.
...
"Huff...Huff. Sorry, I'm late!" Dani said as she ran through the door. "The meeting ran longer than I thought it would!" She explained as she rummaged through her bag to find her inhaler, taking a few deep breaths, "Ah, that's much better." She said with a smile. Once she calmed down, she noticed that Kazuha was the only one there. "Zuha, where's everyone?" She asked the foreign girl.
"Oh, everyone got hungry waiting for you, so they all went to lunch. I wasn't that hungry, so I waited for you." Kazuha said with a smile.
"Was I really that late?" she asked. Kazuha nodded. "I didn't even notice the time," she mumbled.
Kazuha shook her head. "Chaewon-Unnie and Kkura-Unnie were frustrated, but we worked on the cover song, so it wasn't a total waste." She explained.
Dani frowned. She had been busy preparing for her solo stage since telling her manager. She was in the studio late last night, recording the two-song backtracks, so she stayed overnight at the company. She feels really bad because the other girls rely on her so much.
"Unnie, how was your meeting?" Kazuha asked, trying to distract Dani from her guilt.
Dani smiled. "It went very well! I even gave them an idea, and they might consider it. I won't know until tomorrow, though." She explained.
"That's awesome!" Zuha said proudly.
Dani flashed a warm smile at Zuha. "Have I told you that you're my favorite?" She asks, making Kazuha laugh. "Do you want to come with me to get coffee? I at least owe you girls that for being late." Dani was hopeful that a cup of coffee from their favorite café would serve as a peace offering to the group and make up for her being so late.
