Y/N POV

You and Saiki rushed back to your house; you both only just realised it was around 8am, and you needed to rush back before the rest noticed you were gone. It was mostly Aiura and Kuboyasu you two didn't want to deal with, as it would inevitably cause "relationship drama". Luckily Aiura would probably never get up as early as 8am on a weekend, but Kuboyasu may be different. Not to mention, you didn't want Kaidou noticing then mistakenly blabbing to them.

At 8:10am, you arrived back home: you were breathless and desperately clinging to Saiki's shoulder for support, whilst Saiki stood there looking like he always does.

Saiki - "Could you just open the damn door already? We ran for like 10 minutes, not 10 hours."

Y/N - "I'm not good at long distance running! I told you to carry me but you said no."

Saiki - "I refuse to give you a piggy back ride. Though I guess the 'piggy' part suits you."

Y/N - "Dick."

You aggressively took out your keys and unlocked the door. Luckily when you entered the house you saw no one downstairs yet. You were relieved but still breathless, so you dragged yourself to the sofa and flopped onto it in exhaustion. Saiki rolled his eyes at you.

Y/N - "Why are you rolling your eyes at me? Am I not allowed to be exhausted?"

Saiki - "I'm rolling my eyes because you're nearly as unfit as Kaidou."

Y/N - "Rude, much? I have bad stamina but my athleticism isn't as terrible as his."

Saiki - "Good grief, once you're finished getting your breath back please get out of my spot. I think you're forgetting that I claimed the couch as my new bed."

Y/N - "I mean it's my sofa, but whatever."

You lay there for a few moments before gaining the willpower to get up again. As you got up though, you heard Jael and Auira coming downstairs. You looked at the staircase in utter confusion; it was out of character for them to wake up before noon on a weekend. All you could do was think how lucky you and Saiki were that you didn't come 5 minutes later.

Jael - "Oh, you two are up as well?"

Aiura - "Y/N, it's not like you to get up early!"

Y/N - "Look who's talking. Why the hell are you two up at 8 in the morning and not at noon?"

Jael - "Aiura woke up, then proceeded to wake me up and beg me to make breakfast for her because she was starving."

Saiki - "What is she, your mum? You can't even make your own breakfast?"

Aiura - "Not as well as Jael! Though I wouldn't mind trying Kusuo's cooking instead."

Saiki - "As if I'd waste my cooking abilities on you."

Aiura pouted at his remark, but still decided to go and sit next to him on the couch. Jael proceeded to go to the kitchen to make both you and Auira breakfast as well. For the rest of the morning, you casually chatted with your friends, including Kaidou and Kuboyasu once they finally woke up, until they were ready to leave and return home. Aiura attempted to get Saiki to go to her house with her, but to no avail. Both Kuboyasu and Saiki were reluctant to leave your house; although, at least Kuboyasu had actually left.
