Hajime was waiting at the docks of his building, waiting for his new prisoner...after a couple of minutes he saw a ship coming towards the building.
After the ship parked some guards came out, one in particular was holding a kid with brown hair and bandages over his body. 'That must be dazai.' Hajime thought as the guard holding the kid started walking toward him. The guard then carefully handed dazai to him and said "Please treat him kindly Mr. Hajime." He then Bowed down, soon after he walked back to the ship and left with the other guards.
Hajime then looked down at the kid and saw something he would never forget.....dazai eyes had no life in them as well as that some of his bandages came off and he saw a lot of bruises, cuts, and worst of all hickeys. His face was filled with disgust not at dazai but at the person who did that to him. "Your now no.16 of building 13....my name is hajime and I run building 13, feel free to ask me any questions." Instead of saying anything dazai just looked at him with those life less eyes and nodded.

"What are you doing here Hajime?" Uno asked. "I'm here to put in a new prisoner, him name is dazai Osamu but his prison name is no.16" After saying that hajime then explained why dazai was here and his background. " I would appreciates it if you didn't push him to do things and just made him feel welcomed" "we will!" Rock said with determination in his eyes. "I can't believe he went through all that and he is 10 years old." Jyugo said. "I hope he gets better." Nico said "am I the only one who payed attention to the fact that he is a mafia member?! Haa well I guess I will help him as well" uno said. "Alright then no.16 come out." With that dazai came into the cell and looked around then asked "wa-what are my orders?" In a weak voice. "You don't have any orders. You can do what you want as long as you stay in the cell." Hajime said before locking the door and leaving. "So, do you want to watch anime with me?" Nico asked. " or do you want to play games with me?" Asked uno, cutting nico off. Dazai then looked at them and replied "I don't know." In his usual weak voice. "Guys you shouldn't pressure him... let's just give him some time to adjust." Jyugo said. Nico and uno then apologized and said that he could join them whenever he felt like it, dazai then went into a corner and started to doze off. 'Maybe it won't so bad being here after all everyone has been nice to me...I think I'll say here for a while.' He said and before he fell asleep some life came to his eyes.
