Bar: Where is this guy?
TS: Why? Are you going to go all Winter Soldier on his ass?
Bar: You think I shouldn't?
SR: Relax, Buck.
TS: He's handcuffed to a bed upstairs with two officers standing in front of his door.
Bar: Good. As soon as he's better he can go back to prison.
SR: Adding attempted murder charges on top of a probation violation.
TS: Yeah...about that.
NR: What's wrong?
TS: The guy she shot? Wasn't her husband.
SR: What?
TS: His name is Jack Connors. He's a...business associate of her husband's.
SR: Why did he have her?
TS: He was sent to get her.
Bar: How do you know this?
TS: The girl he had with him is his wife. She gave him up.
SR: So where's the guy we're looking for?
TS: She doesn't know and he's not talking.
NR: Look, there's nothing else we can do here. Let's go home.
*They all head for the door...except Bucky.*
NR: Barnes?
SR: You go ahead. I'll stay with him.
NR: Take care of him.
*She gives Steve a kiss on the cheek before leaving.*
NR: I'll see you later.
*She turns and follows Tony to the car. Steve turns to Bucky and pats him on the shoulder.*
SR: Why don't we go upstairs with May and Peter.
*Hours later the doctor comes out. Surgery went fine and you're in recovery.*
Bar: When can we see her?
D: Until she's out of recovery, I can only allow two of you in there.
SR: Come on, Bucky. We can see her tomorrow.
Bar: Steve...
MP: We'll call you.
Bar: What?
Par: When we know more. We'll call you with details.
SR: Thanks, May.
*Steve pulls Bucky down the hall and drives him back to the tower where everyone is awake and waiting.
Pep: How is she?
SR: In recovery. Peter and May are with her.
Bar: What do we know about the guy?
TS: His name is Jack Connors. He's works with her husband.
NR: Doing what?
TS: You don't want to know.
Bar: The girl? His wife, Elizabeth.
SR: Where is she?
TS: Protective custody. She sang like a bird.
Bar: Was she going through the same thing Y/N did?
TS: She was. When Y/N got free things got worse. For all of them.
NR: All of them?
TS: They had a whole operation going on.
SR: How do we find them?
TS: It depends on how much info the girl gives up.
*The next morning, Bucky is in the kitchen drinking coffee when Steve walks in. He looks over and sees Bucky staring at his phone.*
SR: Have you been up all night?
Bar: Couldn't sleep.
SR: They haven't called yet?
Bar: No, they haven't.
SR: Relax. I'm sure she's fine.
*Just then his phone rings.*
Bar: Parker? Is she...
Par: She's doing fine.
Bar: Is she in a room? When can I see her?
Par: She got moved to a room early this morning. Visiting hours atart at 9.
Bar: Thank god. I'll see you then.
