Today was my second first day back at Liberty, after well, yeah. Courtney kept tormenting me, but I refused to allow myself to get into that place where I was after last time.

At lunch I sat with Monty and Scott. Monty to my left and Scott across from me. Today I was wearing a blue polka dotted top, which Jeff always liked on me.

Courtney came over to our table and started laughing.

"What the fuck Crimsen, what do you want?" Monty said, sounding disgusted by her presence.

"Oh nothing, except the fact that Paige here made me touch her in ways I didn't feel comfortable with." Courtney lied.

"Excuse me what? When did this happen?" I said angrily.

"You know, a few weeks ago, in the bathroom. Or so I have to remind you?" Courtney said while glaring at me.

I wasn't gonna take Courtney's shit any longer.

"Oh yeah, a few weeks ago in the school bathroom when you bashed my head into a toilet and kicked me and beat me shitless till I could barely move?" I started. Courtney looked intimated and the guys were glaring at her.

"Oh yeah, and the same time a few weeks ago when you raped me with a mop handle while i was bleeding all over the bathroom floor because, again, you beat me shitless?" I said with a smirk.

"I- I- I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about." Courtney said trying to act innocent.

This bitch really started to get under my skin.

"You'll make up any lie to make sure your perfect little reputation stays perfect." I said rudely.

Courtney couldn't handle the truth and grabbed Luke Holliday's Coke and poured it on my head.

"Whoops, my hand slipped." Courtney said, believing she had the last word.

"Paige, if I were you I wouldn't do something you'll regret." Scott said, but it brushed passed me.

"Just let her, I wanna see her fuck Courtney up!" Monty said with a teethy smile.

"What the FUCK!" I yelled before going after Courtney.

I was behind her in the middle of the cafeteria and i tapped her shoulder.

"You really think pouring soda on Jeff's little sister is gonna help your perfect reputation?" I said trying not to completely lose my cool.

"I think it adds to my perfect rep." She added while winking at me.

Fuck no.

I grabbed at Courtney and tackled her to the ground. I punched her repeatedly till she was bloodied up like I was. I felt no remorse for her. I just kept punching. My knuckles started to bleed due to how much I was hitting her.

"Somebody pull her off of Courtney!!" I hear one student call out.

"Are you getting this bro?" I heard another say.

I heard shutter clicks, insinuating that Tyler was documenting it. Everything kinda muted a little bit. I was filled with rage, and this helped me. Courtney ruined me more than I already was, so getting revenge felt nice.

"Go pull your girl off Courtney." Zach told Monty. "She's gonna kill her."

Zach's words echoed in my head, I got distracted, which have Courtney enough time to punch me in the mouth, making my lip and mouth bleed.

As I went in for another punch I felt Monty pull me back, Mr. Porter holding Courtney back.

"Don't fuck with me bitch." I said spitting blood out of my mouth.

"Me. de la Cruz, go help Miss Atkins clean up in the locker room while I take Miss Crimsen to the nurses office." Porter instructed. Monty nodded and walked me out of the cafeteria.

"Okay everyone, shows over, go back to eating!" Scott announced, fearing for the consequences Paige might face.

As me and Monty walked to the locker room he just kept smiling at me.

"What?" I questioned.

"You're amazing, you know that right?" Monty said.

"Well considering I just beat my rapist up in the middle of the cafeteria, while covered in Coke, I'd say i'm pretty amazing." I smiled back at him.

I intertwined our arms and rested my head against his body as we walked. And we finally got to the locker room.

"Alight sit here Miss Badass." Monty said with a smile before going into the office for the first aid kit.

I smiled and took off my sticky, Coke covered shirt. We were in the locker room, so I figured I clean myself of the stickiness.

"I got the towels and the- woah." Monty said lost in his train of thought, staring at me shirtless.

"Woah Montgomery, with the way you're staring I'd say you've never seen a woman shirtless before." I laughed and he walked over.

"You- I- You're- uhm." Monty stuttered.

"Do I make you nervous de la Cruz?" I said smirking.

"Holy shit." he said, his eyes trailing my body.

"Don't wander de la Cruz, we are still at school." I winked at him.

Monty cleared his throat and helped clean up my face. Our faces weren't too far apart. Monty looked almost like he has wanted this to happen for a while.

"You're uhm, you're perfect." Monty said, looking into my eyes, occasionally glancing at my lips.

"Montgomery, enough with the compliments." I said blushing.

"Paige, you make me a better person, you know that right?" Monty said with a smile, still holding eye contact.

"Yes, Monty, I know. You stopped hanging with Bryce as much, you haven't gotten into a fight at all, and you're just a huge sweetheart when you're with me." I said smiling.

"I- You just, I-" Monty tried to figured out how to word what he wanted to say.

"Monty I know, and for the record, you make me better to." I told him, our faces only inches away from one another's at this point.

"Paige, I- I like you, like a lot." Monty said. "Would you wanna maybe go to Rosie's with me sometime, on like a date."

I didn't say anything, only because I knew it'd get a rise out of Monty. Instead I placed my lips against his. He pulled away for a second.

"So is that a yes?" He said smiling.

I pulled him back into the kiss, this time deeper. Monty sat down on the ledge of the lockers and I sat on his lap facing him, still making out. Our tongues battled with each others and we let the kiss keep going until one of us needed air.

"Holy shit Atkins." Monty said out of breath. "You have no idea how long I've wanted to do that."

I smiled at him. "Tonight, Rosie's, at 6. After dinner, my place."

"Sounds like a date. I'll pick you up at 6." Monty smiled.

A/N- for the sake of the story let's just say she's wearing on of Monty's baseball shirts right now.  I'm realizing that I never wrote in her putting a shirt back on, so let's just say she did :)
