Your POV:

Everyone knew Jake Sully, the dream walker who strayed too far from home. My little sister Neytiri has been in love with him since he arrived in our village. I've always had my suspicions about him regardless of her feelings.

My father tasked my sister and I with teaching him about our lives. I didn't know what I was getting myself into at the time but I agreed.

Every day was more or less the same, Neytiri would pine after Jake and Jake held his same curiosity and interest about every custom we showed him. Our biggest challenge was the fact that I couldn't stand him. His fake innocence, his flirty remarks, his banter, his lack of real-world experience, and above all else his ignorance.

One day we were out hunting without my sister, and he nearly struck me with an arrow.

"AHH! Jake, you are like a baby." He just chuckled.

He smirked at me and moved closer, "Oops," He tilted his head and flicked his tail against my hip. I grabbed and squeezed causing him to step away from me.

"Not funny," my face was stoic. The man was aggravating, constantly pushing my limits.

"Your sister thinks I am," It was barely a whisper under his breath, he hadn't realized I had heard him until I spun on my heel and was in his face.

"You should not be here," I spat out. I was heated, the frustration showing on my face. He smiled slowly and moved closer.

"Nah. You'd miss me," he ran his tongue over his teeth and I let out a sigh.

The worst part about Jake was how hot he was. He was a solid 8 inches taller than me, muscular, and lean. The jewelry strapped around him called attention to his muscles and every time he breathed the straps around his muscles and chest flexed. He always smelled good, something rustic and sweet that clung to his skin.

It was intoxicating being close to him whether I was mad or lustful it turned into one feeling.

"I think you may have it backward," I winked at him and started running away, fast. I was trying to lose him, maybe he should go back to my sister if he wants someone to stroke his ego. I was prancing around the forest. Areas he couldn't have known, no way he's been paying attention while staring at me.

I had lost him. I caught my breath as I saw the animal we had been hunting minutes before. I quickly crouched behind a log but my breath was unstable making my bow shake more than I would've liked. I felt a hand move down my shoulder to my forearm and I jumped until I heard his voice.

"Shhh. It's me. Didn't think you could lose a marine that easily did you?" I rolled my eyes he then slid behind my back and continued to hold my arm. "Looks like you could use some help." He was flush against my back and his arms ghosted over mine.

Heavy breathing filled the air. "I can do it myself," I spat out at him.

He only grabbed my arms harder and pushed himself closer to me, "I don't think so," he said. I grunted trying to escape his grip, I kept scrambling, "God! Why can't you let me help you." He yelled at me.

The animal scurried away hearing his yells. I slammed the bow down in frustration.

"Ugh! Because you are aggravating!" I yelled back. He just smiled at me, "What are you smiling at?" I bit back at him, anger still lighting up my eyes.

"I'm smiling at you." His gaze softened and his chest melted against my back. "I'm always smiling at you."

Jakes Pov:

How was she always so stunning? She looked so good running away from me. Now I have her in my arms as she wiggles close to me, hitting the perfect spot one too many times. Her body was cocooned inside of mine as her arms lay over mine. Her breathing was lazy, and so was mine.
