Its been around 3 weeks since the chateau incident with john B and I, i havent talked to anyone other than Kie and JJ since. I Sit on the couch in Rafe's living room to wait for topper and kelce to pick us up to head to the Obx movie night. "So what happend really?" Rafes little sister wheezie asks, shes around 13 but rafe shows his soft side to her "my brother kicked me out of his friend group and basically kicked me out of the house too, so rafe is letting me stay"
"Im sorry Kaylee,I hope you guys have fun at the movie" "I will, thanks wheezie.".
[Time skip]
I get out of the Jeep and help rafe set up our spot, I look over and at least 100 feet away is pope,kie, and jj sitting on the ground having fun. I sigh trying to block out every memory of that night,I feel a hand on my shoulder"You good kay?" Topper asks "yea top, im fine just thinking"i smile while seeing rafe notice jj and pope"its gonna go down tonight"rafe smirks while looking at topper "what do you mean rafe," I ask "Pope and JJ sunk toppers boat,pulled the plug." He explains, I wasnt surprised about JJ, But pope? He would never lay a finger on anybody if it meant jailtime.
It became dark quickly, Rafe and I sit next to each other while watching the movie, for a second I look over at JJ to see him looking at me, i give him a sorrow grin and look away, and check my phone, 8:32. Only around an hour, i look up to see the three guys around me gone, 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑔𝑜. i thought, but after i look over and see kie,pope,and JJ gone i worry. I stand up and walk behind the screen and see them all fighting, Kie ontop of kelce trying to keep him off of pope as topper and rafe jump JJ, I shout"rafe, topper let him go!"I look over and grab JJ's bag, there was a gun and i lighter, before even thinking twice I grab the lighter and light the screen for the movie on fire. I look over to see everybody look over at the burning flames and stop fighting. JJ pope and kie run over with the bag and me, kelce,topper and rafe walk back to the truck, While walking I replay JJ's face over and over, he looked dissapointed in me. I could see why.
