I wake up next to sarah and sit up from her bedroom floor, I felt like shit cause of how much partying me her and kie did last night. I get up and head to the bathroom but overhear rafe and ward arguing,"didnt save me, you fucked us!" "i promise dad. Ill fix this." i heard someone walking to my direction.my heart dropped as i ran into the bathroom, once I wash my face i walk out and bump into ward."sorry mister cameron, is something wrong?" I act "you didnt hear? Your brother, john B murdered the sheriff. Cold blood, we tried everything we could."ward said "oh. Ok thanks" I say walking off and ending up in rafes room, my eyes puff up as tears flow down my cheeks."you alright?" Rafe asks putting one of his shirts on "your dad told me about my brother."I mumble, I look down and feel rafe wrap his arms around me. Kooks tell me that they've never seen rafe so soft around someone before except me. I hug him back crying,"He's all I have left rafe. My dads gone." "I know. its not your fault" Rafe assures sitting with me on the bed. "I just never thought of him to go so low. I mea he basically trusted the sheriff." I say as rafe wraps his arm around me, I push away and stand up"im gonna go. Tell sarah I said thanks for letting me stay." I mumble while walking out of tannyhill and to the chateau.

(At the chateau)

as I walk into the house I make eyecontact with JJ.He had made a promise to me that he wouldnt tell the group about rafe and I, rhough he didnt like the fact of it, "I heard JB killed peterkin." Kie gives me a dirty look"he didn't rafe did," "Then how come ward and rafe both tell me that he killed her." "And you believe them?" Pope buts in "honestly yeah." I say looking at kie then pope "of course cause you would believe ward over your own friends!"JJ blurts"because you guys don't tell me anything! Your so judgemental on who I hang out with too." "Because its rafe, topper, and kelce kaylee, they're Kooks! Your a fucking whore, first you sleep with me then instantly go for rafe!" JJ shouts as he tightly and forcefully grabs my shoulders. I look over to see John B in the doorway, he shoves JJ Off of me "watch what you god damn say jj, that is my sister!" JB demands "what are you gonna do john B, look at your sister, shes basically a kook now!" JJ yells pointing over to me, John B looks in my direction "I didnt kill peterkin ok. It was rafe." He sighs "ok."I smile, the smile fades as I see Rafes range rover pull up to the house. I quickly walk into the bathroom and lock it to avoid confrontation. I listen through the door "where is she! I swear to god JJ Ill beat you like i did during the movie!" Rafe says. I walk out of the bathroom and run outside to stop JJ and Rafe. As i try to calm JJ down I feel him shove me roughly, hurting my arm as I hit the ground. I didnt want to watch my best friend and boyfriend throw punches at each other any longer. I stand up and walk off not knowing where im heading.

I walk on the beach and look at the sunset crying knowing my brother is running from police after my own fugitive boyfriend framed him for murder. I sit down on the sand and watch the waves reflect the orange sunlight. "Kay? Is that you?" I look behind me to make contact with topper "top." I could obviously notice he knew I had been crying cause he sat down next to me and wrapped his arm around me in comfort."What happened kaylee" "Rafe murdered the sheriff and trying to pin my brother with it." I look at him" "rafe didnt kill peterkin, he may look like it but he would never kill someone." Topper assures. I didnt know who to choose, It felt as if neither rafe or JB would ever kill someone. I sigh"can I stay the night," "of course, what are friends for right." Topper smiles as we walk torwards his house.
