Chapter 11

Elena

A mouth passed and once we got into routine Rebekah came over and I would go over to her house. The girl Elijah as found is sweet and I think he's in love with her. We have even started acting like brother and sister. Everyone has been dropping hints about us having a baby. Rebekah would shows me baby things as we shop. Esther keeps giving me herbs that help women get pregnant. Kol is always talking about a nephew. even Mikael has said something about a grandchild.

Nik and I have started trying to have a baby since the night of our wedding and its been three months with no sign of me being pregnant. Esther and I are meeting in a little bit so that she can do a spell so we can see why I am not with child.

"Ready to start?" She asked. "I need to tell you that the position I gave you to get you virginity back had a small chance of making a woman infertile but only if you take it more than once." she said. shock washed over me than anger.

I lay on the table and she rubs my belly with oily herbs. she stopped and than pulled her hands back. she turns around and started putting everything away. I felt anger run hot in my vanes.

"What's wrong." I ask. I know that there is something wrong with me or she would tell me what to do to fix it.

"Elena, there is no need to keep trying to get pregnant." I could feel my heart fall out of my chest. I open my mouth to yell at her and call her some very bad words. "Because you are all ready with child." I jump up in shock and she wrapped her arms around me. I start to cry and I hug her back. I push her way.

"I do not forgive you and I will never forget what you do." I tell her.

"Go, you have a daddy to tell." she said.

I smiled at the thought and ran out the door and into the woods where Nik, his brothers, and father was cutting lumber. Rebekah was there to but she was just watching as all ways. I see them not to far away but I just pick up speed. Nik sees me and catches me just in time as I jump into his arms. Nik and everyone else look at me as if I had lost my mind.

"What are you doing?" He laughed.

"Hello, daddy!" Is all I say.

He looks at me still confused for a minute before his face softens and looks down and back up into my eyes.

"Your not!" He smiles.

"I am!" I laugh and cry again.

He spins me around and kisses me. Everyone else looking at us in confusion because we had whispered everything. Nik puts me down and we turn to them.

"It looks like my going to be a mommy!" I said.

Rebekah hugs me as tight as she could before Kol pulled her off.

"Careful sister that's my nephew your smashing." Kol said before hugging me and smacking Nik in the back. Elijah, Henrik, and Mikael do the Same before going back to work.

"Go get whatever we are going to need for this little guy." he said handing me a cloth bag that has all are money in it.

"Will you make our baby's bed?" I asked hoping. he nodded and than Rebekah and I ran off to shop.

Three months later and I have been here for two years and one month. I am five months pregnant and to night is the full moon. Nik has came up with a plan in case in four months we are here and I go into labor. he said we will carry everything that I will need, our baby will need and his mother will need to deliver our child. We are getting everything we need just for tonight because we are about to start walking to the caves. once we have everything we go to his family's home. we all then start walking, it will take about 30 minutes before we get to the caves. Rebekah and I walk side by side talking about what we thing my baby is going to look like. I say he will look like Nik but Rebekah said he will look like me. since my baby is a boy I want him to look like Nik because I'm to girly.

We are almost to the caves when the sun starts to set. we walk faster even thou we can see the mouth of the tonal.

We stay up playing games and playing hidden and go seek. Nik wanted to go ahead and wright our baby's name on the wall with ours but I said no because we do not know what we want to call him yet.

Everyone was asleep but me and Henrik. we stayed up playing games, because I could not sleep that well on the floor. it hurt my back, I am only five months pregnant and I'm back is already this bad I don't even want to know what it will be like in month nine.

Henrik keeps begging me to go out of the caves with him to see the wolfs but I keep telling him no it's to dangers. I know what his future hold and I can't stop it or it will change everything in my future but I know that he goes and sees the wolves with Nik not me. I get up and go to the bathroom and when I get back Henrik was gone. I run to the mouth of the cave but it was to late. I run to his body and start screaming. He was covered in blood and deep gashes across his body. he was still alive but barely, he kelp trying to say something but he couldn't get it out for the blood that was in his throat. I wanted to help him but he was to badly hurt, there was no helping him not now and not even in the future. I kiss him on the head and then everything went white.
