Chapter 5: BrAvi

•Avi P.O.V•

She was resting her arm in the centre of the car when we stopped at the traffic lights, I placed my hand above hers and held her fingers between mine. "I couldn't think of anyone better to be my nuisance other than you..." I said before leaning over to kiss her, it felt anticipated, like it was meant to be, written in time, a fixed point. As I reluctantly pulled back she smiled at me, and I smiled back, gazing into the blue orbs that were her eyes, adorable.

We finally reached my house in the time that felt like forever, and I wanted to hug her, to remove everything that was separating us, to make us together, one. I lead her into my house and went to watch TV, this girl was getting in my head, and I needed to get my mind off girls at the moment, because of Peyton. I flipped through the channels until I landed on E4 and started watching 'The Big Bang Theory', my favourite show at the moment. I had taken Bryn to my place multiple times before and she knew well where the spare room was, but she just stood there, staring at me down on the couch, like a lost puppy, not knowing what to do with herself.

•Bryn P.O.V•

I looked at Avi, slumped on the sofa watching the telly, I didn't know what to do, I'm sorry but the dude I had a crush on forever just kissed me, in his car, on the way to his house. I feel lost, I have no clue what to do with myself, I needed to get a grip on the situation. Then, it sunk into my stomach, what about Peyton? My facial expression must have changed, as Avi was rushing over to me, with the concerned look that greeted me at the hospital.
"What about Peyton!" I shout as the room gets hazed and overly heated, I become flustered, and his warm arms embrace around me as I feel myself plummeting to the floor. We sit here in a heap, me crying into his arm as he sympathetically pats me on the back. I wail until he stands up, and reaches his arm down to pull me up.

Once I am stood again, he carries me to my bed, and lays me there, softly placing my head on the feathery pillow. I feel myself falling into a deep dreamless sleep.

I awaken by the smell of delightful food, I get up groggily and plod over to the kitchen, Scott and Mitch are sat there, with Avi cooking. He notices me and smiles, I smile back then go to sit next to the two, watching 'Big Brother'. I groan a little at the entertainment choice, but I end up enjoying the arguments that make me and Mitch laugh a lot.
"Food peeps" Avi shouts to us and Scott gets up to eat.
"Just a minute!" Mitch and I say at the exact same time...
